Staff and location - staff were very accommodating and quick to advise us on where to go and how to get to the best places, they made the holiday for me.

Air conditioner was so dusty it was blowing dust into the room, bed advertised as a queen was two singles pushed together. Still a lovely stay just not what I was expecting when I purchased this room.

Complete amenities in the unit. The lagoon pool is beautiful.

Great location. The pools & surrounding gardens were beautifully kept and maintained. Nice access access to the pools from the unit.

There was no gutter above our room so it was always very wet on the terrace and subsequently hard to keep the unit dry. The bed/s weren’t super comfortable and it was quite dark inside. The decor was a little tired.

Pool and location are fantastic. Very family friendly.

Room was quite dated, missing paint in several places, the couch was saggy and had not been vacuumed under in a long time!

Location to my sporting venue, the beach, shops and eating facilities was great.

Getting to my unit 230 was like a rabbit warren and probably needed a tour of easy was to get in and out of accommodation would have been helpful

Have stayed here many times, and is constantly good, friendly staff and great location, good value for money

the bathrrom was very dangerous you had to get your leg over edge of bath to have a shower as very high. Getting out was dangerous had to have help as foot could slip on wet surface . Also FOXTELL did not work after complaining a technition tried to get channels only one was available all others said contact provider which was impossible . Manager after hours could not contact phone dead. Children very noisey in pool with no supervision jumping off rocks near our room, resident advised many accidents. We had to take blankets to reception as very very smelly and ashed did we want them replaced ???

Very happy with all the amenities. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Other guests not being thoughtful/respectful; for example, abiding by pool/bbq rules and being noisy at all hours

Bit noisy in evening. Room not quite big enough for 4 adults. Not any cupboards in second bedroom.

Fantastic.location that is close to shops, beaches, and restaurants. The unit was very clean with a very comfortable bed. The best part was that our ground floor balcony steps led straight into the lagoon. Amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful and stored our luggage until check in.

The kitchen tap was a bit loose.

Room was spotless, across the road from the beach, ocean views, restaurants on the street below, fantastic pool, surf club across the road.

No negative aspects, it was all great

The pool was so great. Such wonderful entertainment for our two boys. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay, and was so clean and tidy. We were impressed.

The sensor light outside our room kept going on all night long.

The pools were amazing. Location was great.

The rooms are really dated and not clean. Don’t expect any cleaning, fresh towels or services to the room unless you are there for over 8 nights. We stayed in one of the hotel style rooms for context.

The room was comfortable, kitchen with laundry in bathroom was very handy , pools were beautiful, swim up room was super cool .

Great location, friendly staff and room with the pool outside the balcony!

Shower was a bit old and needed some general maintenance around screen/wall areas. Made it feel a little unclean.

The heated pools and spas are just wonderful. The slides are fun. Everything is kid-friendly.

The kitchen is bare minimum. We would have liked a plunger for our coffee, for example.

Great location. Bathroom renovation just before our arrival. Very nice result. Great sized room

No WiFi. Took 3 days before facilitiy recognised that this had been accidentaly disconnected during the renovation. No compensation received despite enquiry into same. Despite paying for room in full months prior to our arrival, on check in a further $200 was reserved on my card which prevented us being able to afford activities we had planned during our holiday. I requested that as reception were the customer service point for Accor hotel could they please pass on this feedback. I was told if i didn't like this company policy, I could advise head office but not advised any contact details to do so.

I did like the property had nothing really negative to say about it. It is a little bit old but I enjoyed the place
