So unique and beautiful

Everything! The rooms, the spa, the restaurant , the bar. The people who worked there were all very kind and very helpful.

INothing. I liked everything g about it and would highly recommend it!

We loved that the breakfast came with the room. We also loved the spa and the indoor pool with turkish bath and steam. We all had massages and they were fantastic. Great location, only 45 min from Pinhao and port tasting. Also Lemego itself is an historic town with lots to see.

I thought the restaurant had a limited dinner menu and was expensive for what we got.

Amazing value for money, great facilities and the breakfast was great. Also the parking was very comfortable as well as charging station for EVs.

The location is a bit remote from most of the wineries in the Douro valley

They had coffee systems in the rooms but didn’t supply pods which seemed a bit cheap.

Beautiful, modern, and tranquil

The hotel seemed understaffed and it impacted the experience. Tables and beach loungers were not cleaned after guests, staff didn’t offer help proactively.

The property was well maintained, clean, and spacious. Both inside and outside pools were lovely. Underground parking was convenient.

It was a little too far from town to walk at night. We ate at the hotel. Food was delicious.

A bit out of the way to go into Lamego but at least we felt safe walking around.Bar and restaurant prices were excessive. We had breakfast included with our room, otherwise we went into town to eat or have drinks.

It’s a very nice hotel, well decorated, fantastic staff, and good facilities

Very nice breakfast and the food is very good at the restaurant. Very good service staff at the restaurant. Nice pool and facilities such indoor pool, spa and tennis court.

Service staff at the bar looked like they lacked dedication not as efficient as the restaurant staff.

The rooms are large and both the indoor and outdoor pools are great. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Great place to stay while in the Douro Valley!

The WiFi connection was spotty. We had a room at the end of the hallway and our phones would often get disconnected and go into the local mobile network eating into our data roaming packages. We mentioned it to the team at reception but unfortunately didn’t help much. But overall this was the only issue we experienced and a small one at that.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Excellent service, great facilities, tasty breakfast, and a convenient location close to major attractions.

The best thing was the outdoor pool, indoor pool and sauna. The hotel has a gorgeous view of the valley. And the pool area is fantastic. It has a nice restaurant for breakfast (buffet), snack options by the pool, and a restaurant open for dinner.

We went in August which is a busy time, so dont be fooled by that photo of a peaceful pool, in reality the pool was packed with people and screaming kids. I understand it’s the busy season. The indoor pool is meant to be adult only, but some kids managed to sneak in, and were screaming and splashing water. This is meant to be the relaxing area where you can also get massages, and sauna. Unfortunately there were no staff members to ask the kids to leave. The hotel on the outside looks like a hospital, perhaps a paint could help it look less sad. Inside it’s nice though!

Friendly staff. Really helpful. The shared facilities are stunning. The rooms are basic but really clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. The kids really enjoy the pool - it is quite a setting.

The architecture of the building. Quite surprising that no real attention has been given to the exterior aesthetic. Unfortunately rooms have no balconies, but the pool setting and shared terrasse compensate.

Beautiful design, great pool area, and amazing staff. Breakfast is varied, and rooms match the photos (though a bit dark).

The location isn’t very touristy, and there’s not much to do nearby. Also, the hotel isn’t lit from the outside at night, which is a sad since the outdoor area could be nice to enjoy.

Relaxing atmosphere with a warm outdoor swimming pool.

We had several minor issues, including lack of cleaning in one day, dirty plates that would accumulate in the loungers for hours, that started to take a toll on us, leaving us frustrated. Staff are generally friendly, but they are too young and lacking proper training for a 4-star hotel. We really appreciated that at the end, someone in charge (Gonçalo), took note of all our complaints and genuinely tried to understand how to improve the guests’ experience in the future. We’ll give it another shot next year.

No irons, only laundry service offered. Public area of our floor smelled sometimes. Wished the bathroom door closed fully.

Everything. From hospitality to food to service. We were upgraded to a suite so the room was spacious and excellent.The hotel design is nice and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. I had one of the best pina coladas in life :) Regarding the service, young people were working and overall we were impressed from everything :)And it is 20min walking from the center

I cannot complain about anything.
