Hotel Acla Filli

Very clean and cozy. Staff was very nice and really helpful when we asked them for any info. Breakfast was varied and good. Rooms are not modern but they were nice and it has the mountain guesthouse charm. Beds are really comfortable. Overall strongly recommend it.

Hotel was good - easy to access and plenty of parking and heat during the winter. Good breakfast too. We didn't get the chance to eat in the restaurant.

not much of any note - in fact nothing i can think off. The rooms were obviously not brand new modern but nothing wrong with that. If anything the rooms were overwarm so we slept with windows open

Rooms old and out dated. For the cost I expected something better. The breakfast was average. Croissants were not good and the coffee machine old and no good.

Breakfast was good. Close to grocery stores like Coop and Denner.

No elevator. So if you have a heavy suitcase, it’s quite a challenge to take the stairs.

Good value for money. Close to the train station. Comfortable beds. Old architecture but spotless clean rooms including shower. Sufficient choice at the breakfast buffet (for a hiker’s breakfast).

Not soundproofed against your next-door neighbours’ room. Not an issue if the other guests keep noise and speaking volume to a considerate level. Breakfast choice may be too bland for some.

The hotel was very nice to have arranged the keys for us despite our late arrival. Our rooms were very cozy with a very nice view from our balcony. Wish we could stay longer. It had parking space aswell which was just perfect for us. The breakfast was definitely a plus aswell, nice to give us a good hiking start.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had everything that it was supposed to have. As it was a brief stopover and I had no other plans in Zernez, it was very convenient to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant.

The service is incredible. We were there for the Engadiner ski marathon and the people really tried to smooth our stay: special breakfast hour, a special room with a shower and fresh towels for after the race once we had already checked out, food was still served after the kitchen was closed.. incredible!

The breakfast and food served at the restaurant is really average.. but the quality of the staff makes up for it! The rooms are a bit rustic but we had expected that.

Short message just to inform us about check-in options (late arrival is possible).Very friendly reception. Room was ready for our early arrival. Excellent parking. Great plus: free Guest Card, to go to Ardez by train. Train station is nearby. Comfortable beds. Crispy bread and delicious lemon cake at breakfast.

Wifi slow.

Hospitable staff, did not treat us just like a nirmal costumer, he highlighted places to go, what to do, etc, he is very welcoming. They give slippers which J like.

There was a persistent (chemical?) smell which was distributing and that didn't go away even though we aired the room. There were no glasses to drink water, no kettle either

The hotel has very friendly and attentive staff. We had a room in the house next to the hotel. The room was big and very quiet! It was very convenient to have breakfast already available at 7. If interested, the hotel rents bikes and e-bikes for free. We didn't benefit as we already planned our hiking trips.

Reception opens only at 8, which is a bit tight if you take the bus at 8:15, but that's only a minor point. We were happy with our choice.

Waiter in the restaurant was not that friendly when I asked him if I could take for a couples of minutes inside to prevent it from stealing. The breakfast was okay but nothing special
