- Lovely location, super breakfast spacious room.

- Friendly, straight forward. We got a room upgrade for free.
Cons -
- Extremely difficult staff - dismissive, rude, unresponsive, inflexible - not thinking about customer’s comfort at all, only about their financial gain right in the moment. I do not recommend dealing with this hotel - you will not be looked after or cared for!
- No fridge / mini bar
- Nothing really. Facilities are old and well maintained. It's no luxury and design hotel, but that's not the appeal anyway.

The hotel is a great location with nice scenery surrounding. Our hosts were very friendly and the meals in the hotel were very nice. We only had a one night stay as we were passing through but really enjoyed our stay.
The rooms were dated and in need of an upgrade but this didn’t spoil anything.
Fantastic location, friendly and welcoming staff!
Uncomfortable mattress (2singles pushed together) and lack of amenities in room for price.
Great location, awesome and friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel sits right on the exit of Zernez, basically at the door of the National Park, is easily reached on foot from the train station (or the nearest bus stop, less than a hundred meters away) or by car (ample parking space available). As for the restaurant, everything we had was delicious.
Friendly staff, lovely view, nice restaurant & very good breakfast - lovely fresh fruit & bread & cheese. Family run I think.
Great hotel, situated in a stunning location, very easy to find with breathtaking views, excellent staff. Fabulous pizza
The restaurant staff was nice, clean room, peacuful and quiet place with a nice view, available parking.
Hallway smelled, and the reception was not really the nicest we had. They were mad at us for arriving early, even after explaining we just want to leave our belongings and would come back after check in time.
good overnight stop on the way to South Tyrol
Kind staff
Food excellentLocation good but if on the bus use National Park stop NOT railway station
Exceptional place for those who want to visit the National Park. You also feel very comfortable with staff that are very nice and listen. The modern rooms are large enough and well equipped. Bus stop is 200 meters from the hotel and will bring you to the National Park. Finally the restaurant offers a large variety of food of excellent quality. I strongly recommend.
Nothing to report
The staff was very kind and the hotel was clean and confortable. I appreciate the bed and the equipment such as the big flat TV and the numerous of electric plugs at disposal. The style and design were charming and the wood is still a great value. The breakfast was very good too.
The restaurant was a bit expensive and the food basic. There are no drinks in the rooms and the bottle of water in the restaurant is expensive. No safe and no minibar.
Comfortable bed, good views, good breakfast. Enjoyed speaking a mishmash of four languages with the staff. Delicious pizza! On the edge of town, but I didn't mind the short walk and appreciated the free hotel carpark.I didn't realise (and neither did some locals!) that the national park is closed in winter until late May and you can't go on any trails. Nonetheless Zernez is a good base to explore the area, eg the easy to reach Morteratsch glacier near St Moritz and spas in Scuol.Be sure to have the grilled skewers at Bar 47, amazing!
Old chairs in the room are not very comfortable, furniture could do with an update.
Excellent staff, food and services
Excellent place to stay, close to the National Park. Super nice staff, calm, clean and comfortable.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Second time we stayed there. Best Müsli I had in a long time. Delicious cheese and croissant every morning and of course amazing pizza in the evenings.
The location was fantastic as we could cross country ski directly from the hotel. Also the pizza was delicious and you could build your own pizza based on your desire. Additionally, the breakfast had various options including blueberries and raspberries during winter season. We stayed in the hotel over the NYE. The staff prepared a spectacular fireworks that was by far the best in town. We loved it!
The bread that was sometimes offered as a free starter was too dry. If you get lucky they serve a very nice pizza bread ones in a while.
All was excellent. Very kind staff.
