Pros +
- Very comfortable room , wide, clean, nice view, perfect location and very kind staff. Property is run by a so kind family .
- We showed up to the property via organized car from the hotel and were extremely impressed immediately by the service. The hotel itself exudes luxury yet so cozy with fires going. We have two young kids that were so happy with the cozy nook they had in our room with their own beds. We were on a 3 week vacation in Italy and Switzerland and had the best meals here.
- The food was great, the Service Team was very friendly and helpful and what was extraordinery the lovely attitude to dogs. Our Schnauzer got as good service as us. In the room there was everything ready - a bed, 2 bowls, treats, dog towels. At the restaurant the same. I never experienced such a nice dogfriendly aproach.Thank you so much! We will be back definitely!

Perfectly met our expectations. Very present, helpful and accommodating family Cadonau. The Vivanda menu is just a dream. We’re certainly coming back!
