Lovely new and clean room. Very comfortable beds. Great view from my room too

The location, the view and the staff! We were also very happy to have such a great stay with our elder dog.

While we loved our room, we didn’t have fitted bottom sheets, so we often ended up without a sheet below us during the night. We would have appreciated one bath towel and one hand towel per person, as well as a box of tissues.

Room is really to sleep, wake up catch a nice shower and get outside.

Modern and fresh- it’s all newly renovated. Staff is extremely attentive and service minded- everyone from the hotel manager to reception and restaurant staff. Excellent location right on the beach!

Amazing hotel. The room was renovated very recently, so everything was still impeccable. The room was very stylish, the bed(s) were huge and very comfy, amazing shower. Magnificent view on the beach and the sea. Excellent breakfast. The staff was very friendly, some spoke English as well. Lively neighbourhood.We loved it so much (A Coruña as well!), we stayed an extra night!The extra fee for our dog was €10/day.

Parking can be a problem at certain times, even in low-season. There is no dedicated parking for the hotel, although there are lots of parking spaces right in front of the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for one night, and the service was outstanding. The room’s décor and the comfort of the bed truly elevated my experience. The staff was incredibly kind and responsive to all my needs. This time I traveled for business, but I would definitely return again, and next time, I’ll bring company.

Lights in the bathroom wasn't working when we arrived at the hotel, we need to go to the reception because they don't have a phone in the room that you can call.The TV apparently is audio only, you can't watch even the local channels.The support for the hair dryer felt after 5min of use.There's no ac in the rooms or it was not working, we couldn't sleep until 4AM because of the heat, we had problems with mosquitoes. The lady in the reception during the night couldn't help us with ice or a wine opener.The breakfast was awful, not that many options of food, we arrived at 9:55AM and it was half empty already, when asked the girl working, if she would replace the scrambled eggs, the answer was that they didn't have anymore, and it was 1 hour before closing the breakfast. The tables weren't clean after guests leaving, you need to try your luck and find a clean one.The juice machine releases only water and the orange juice that is served tastes only sugar and water, like that cheap juice powder.The coffee machine serve a really watered coffee and a chocolate cappuccino, even when they have their own coffee shop at the building.

Personas changed our room asap. And location was amazing.

First room was awful, the photos do not convey how old and smoky it is, even the fire safety sensor is covered with a sock on the ceilingThank God the staff changed the room to another one. It was a room for people with disabilities, specific beds and a shower that flows onto the floor throughout the bathroom. , but at least it will be clean and not smoked by cigarettes

Parking was an issue. Also the restaurant on site was not open very often l. No air con or extra facilities

The rooms are old and not cleaned well. There was a lot of insects in the room and it smelled really bad.

The hotel was not busy staff very friendly and helpful 3 star just about right. Great location by beach

Breakfast was basic not a great choice with no hot food available.I had paid for more expensive room but no tea coffee making facilities.Unfortunately I had to check out early due to flying back for a funeral. Thought I might be offered some sort of rebate but realise not strictly due.

Staff were amazing! Friendly and very helpful. Location is fantastic right opposite the beach.Hotel is currently under refurbishment. It will be fabulous when finished. Beds were super confy and massive. Views were great on both sides the beach and the river.

Hotel isn't fully working yet. No food or drinks served. Restaurant and bar are closed. Furniture dated.

The thing is that they renovate the building but they should not rent rooms on the same floor. Thats not comfy.

The room was assome. All the hotel team is great !! Totally recomendable.
