Hotel Alda Santa Cristina

Location was amazing! Walking distance to all sorts of ameities and beaches.

The internet didn't work well and that posed challenges as I was working remotely.

Great location and staff. Value for money. Allowed in room early, stored bags at our risk on checkout.

DatedThe aircon unit switched to heat somehow and cooked us in the middle of the night haha!

The hotel needs updating it looks tired and worn out. Needs redecorating and has no air conditioning

Location is superb as is the staff and attention all over, from the reception to housekeeping to restaurant servers. The restaurant is amazing, you need to try it.

I believe the property is in some sort of transition to a much better place. Mattresses need improvement as well as furnishings, but you can tell it’s a work in progress and I can’t wait to see what it’ll be in the next few years.

Hard uncomfortable beds. Noisy clientele. Couldn't complain about night noise as no staff on site. Rowdy until 4am, couldn't get to sleep. Restaurant joining didn't belong to hotel as suggested and was expensive. Lift next to room in action all night long,was also noisy.

The alarm went off at 3 in the morning. No staff was available and we were two hours on the street with no staff. There was a refund for the night. However, they need staff available if something happens at night.Location and staff are great. They need someone living 15 minutes drive from the property to be available if something happens at night. The rooms looking at the see are impressive.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Service was beyond any expectations, staff was superb.

They could use more rooms with shower plates instead of bath tubs which are harder to use for older people.

Hotel is in good location.Enough parking places (not a season).The staff is friendly, easy check in.Clean linen and bathroom facilities, comfortable bed, good WiFi.

It was too hot, and the room had a strong smell of tobacco.The wardrobe has little space and broken mirrors.We could hear everything on the floor, and 1-2 rooms were watching TV and loudly speaking/laughing until 4 am or so :(

great location and breakfast , i thought i had booked and apt , that was my mistake . Luis at the reception gave me the best A + care in getting rebooked to the apt area. thanks and looking forward to a wonderful stay here in Coruna !

The location is fantastic beside two lovely beaches. Also the light breakfast was good value and well arranged.

There is no air con at this property. The parking in the garage is not fit for purpose and is a risk to any driver except if u are on a motor bike. The rooms are basic but clean. Beds are pretty hard and only one pillow each.

The restaurant attached to the hotel stays open late on at weekend and if you are on the front it is impossible to sleep until around 2pm. If there was air conditioning in the rooms, that would make all the difference as you could close the windows.

Clean, well furnished, good location, by the beach and restaurants, nice area, 30 min by bus from the center.

I think they are short on staff :) and reception was missing person at night, it would feel nicer. However overall very good stay we had :)

Location great, only downside is the noise from the restaurant is dreadful and goes on far too long. For me 2am is not acceptable.

I didnt like that they decided to change our standard room with a queen bed for a triple with 3 individual beds without saying anything after they gave us the keys. we had to contact booking as the guy at the reception didn’t garantee us we could get our room or a better one instead a worse due to the change thrt decided ans giving us a worse room because we paid more to get a double bed (130/150 cm) instead of getting the budget room (cheaper) as the bed was 105cm. after talking with booking and we proposed to give us the difference we paid or a breakfast for free and our room, next morning we got our room and the breakfast. this took me 1 hour or more when they should have given me such a solution in 5 minutes. next , the water tap of the shower didn’t work and even on Saturday night we were out of water… and we could not rest as the neighbours (room 208) were partying… we called to the number which is in the card but the situation did not change until 2:30am… hope this is something just happened to us and good luck to those staying here. I have videos of everything but they cannot be uploaded here. I will do in google

We thought the location, staff and accommodation excellent and good value for money.Good walks around the location and plenty of coffee bars.

The location was great and the rooms were clean and spacious and beds comfortable.

There was some mould around the skirting of the ceiling that could easily be fixed .

Alda Santa Cristina has one of the sweetest staff in the hospitality industry.The view and location is to die for. Price wise Alda Cristina is unbearable. Highly recommend this jewei in the middle of paradise. ?
