Pros +
- The staff was terrific. Having breakfast was great.
- location was good and rooms were clean
- Hospitality from family front desk staff, next door Mercardona supermarket with eating table so convenient to Peregrinos! Near major bus station of Vilalba E.A., Cozy warm stay!
Cons -
- receptionist was not full time , most of day wasn’t there, people were taking a floor above me and down the hall I could hear the entire conversation, needs sound proofing , very slow to respond to questions we had for the area which we were not familiar and of the 2 staff , none spoke any English which made it difficult to talk , tv had no Netflix YouTube or Apple TV options which was the 1st in my 2 week trip so far
- Extremely noisy kept awake by others coming and going late at night shouting
- Would have been nice to provide shampoo

Great breakfast. Nice staff. Nice clean facility.
Comfortable, clean with a great staff and great breakfast options. Right off the Camino Norte.
Comfortable, clean room and a delicious breakfast served on the first floor by the gracious staff.
The care when we first walked in was apparent. The room was clean, probably was renovated lately
Would have been nice to provide shampoo
The location was good near places to eat and the supermarket.
No one was at the front desk to check in. The room, especially the bed had a foul odor like a dead mouse was in the mattress. The room facing the street was very loud late into the night.
Great location.
Not the fault of the property but there was almost no where to eat. Had a great grocery store next door though.
On the brief 1-night stay I loved everything about my stay. From the warm welcome at check in; the design and aesthetics; to the Zen felt sense of the room; to the elevator and keyless access; to the blessings of ancestral energy in a 3 generation-run lodging; and most importantly for me, the joyful conversation at checkout with the gentleman owner (regrettably do not recall his name). ¡Profundas gracias!
Nice staff (but they don't answer phone before 2:00pm): Warning: don’t take more than two or three candies off the plate with lots of candies at the front desk, because you will be reprimanded – something I’ve never experienced in any hotel – maybe candy is very expensive in Vilalba. There is a supermarket next door.
It’s a hotel/apartment; okay for a night. It has a very uncomfortable futon/bed that doubles as a sofa. Barely equipped kitchenette: “refrigerator” is really a dormitory fridge; does not have traditional espresso coffee maker (only a machine with capsules of undrinkable coffee). The advertising said “view”, but the view you get is the roof of the next-door supermarket.
Very comfortable room and bathroom. Clean, quiet, good location for the Camino.
Nice facility, helpful staff.
Noisy. That’s more the fault of the guests than the hotel. It would have been nice to order a drink from the bar.
Conveniently located steps from the Camino del Norte. The man at reception was so nice and helpful. Made recommendations on the area and pointed out areas for coffee and grocery store times next door. Comfortable room. Highly recommend!
The breakfast was our favorite part. They cooked breakfast. we didn't expect that. The room was clean and spacious. Loved our stay!
Great facility. Secure with easy access keyless entry.Fantastic breakfast bacon eggs toast juice and coffee really fueled our day of walking the camino.Dining room was very nice.
Very clean and modern facilities without keys. Friendly staffs.
The owner and staff are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. Great breakfast, clean and great value for money.
The room was modern and clean. The beds were also very comfortable.
