Hotel Cerro La Nina

The location is great and conveniently near Cangas de Onis. They have a fantastic breakfast, convenient parking and the view alone is worth the stay.

The road to get to the hotel is tight and narrow and the walls in our room were a bit thin, we could hear our neighbors. Some more storage in the bathroom would have been helpful.

We loved our stay here. The road leading up to the hotel is a bit small and hard to navigate but you are rewarded with the most incredible view from the hotel. We had a second-story room overlooking the mountains and it was so stunning and relaxing. The food at the restaurant is also delicious. I would highly recommend. The hotel was slightly on the higher end in terms of price but it was worth it in my opinion.

They don't serve lunch at the property so just plan ahead for that. But breakfast and dinner are great!

A/C needs a service . It was working , but it was taking a long time to cool small room .

The location is remote and on the outskirts of a little mountain village. Don't expect to easily pop to the shops for provisions! But for us - this was perfect as we had booked the hotel as a base camp location to explore Picos de Europa. The staff were helpful in explaining how to get to our walking start point the next day and also arranged for us to have an earlier breakfast so that we could begin early. The evening before we had a good meal at their restuarant and enjoyed some drinks on the terrace overlooking the mountanous landscape - which we really enjoyes, despite the cloudy weather!

The hotel is quite traditional in style, which is not my personal preference but was fine. The pool was a little green on the day we arrived - but we did see others using it happily.

Nothing, we were lied to about the room we reserved and refused a refund.

Stay away from this place. We made a reservation based on pictures of a room with stunning views and a description saying mountain/landmark views. What we got was a room in the corner with views of bushes. When confronted the hotel staff didn't do anything and said, you were last to check in so this is what you get. They clearly don't understand the point of a reservation or false advertising. When I asked if a refund was possible, they said they'd have to call their boss, but of course no one answered and no refund was offered. I am beyond pissed at this place and their lack of respect for their customers and inability to fulfill the promised and purpose of a reservation.

I arrived at the hotel approximately one hour after booking it, and no one was there since it was in the evening. I had to call multiple numbers to find an alternate place to stay, and nothing was written in English as a secondary language to help me understand. I eventually found out I had to go to a different hotel than the one I booked, despite having paid extra for a special room with a Mountain View. I am extremely disappointed.

We stayed here for 5 nights whilst touring the Picos and surrounding area on our motorbike. We booked half board and were not disappointed. The staff are friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, with great views, the food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was excellent and a garage to park the bike was great. It was a perfect location to explore the area with many of the must do sights and roads within easy reach. We would highly recommend this hotel and are already planning our next visit!

Fantastic breakfast! secure underground parking for our motorbikes, beautiful views, great swimming pool, lovely staff.Best to have the dinner option included in your booking as nowhere on foot to eat meaning someone will have to drive, the food was really good.

Only downside is it's on quite a step hill.

Pool wasn't heated but this could be because of time of year we visited but would have been nice to be told Water in the room from taps was brown Dinner was expensive for the small portions we had a small burger with about 5 chips each for $18 (feel like this is to cover people doing half board)

One of the most amazing places in Spain. We were lucky to book the side room with almost 50% discount. Real luck. The Hotel has unique position. Please be prepared: the road is narrow and stiff. But there are too many plusses. The view + the quality is incredible.The stuff is very friendly. The rooms are bid and spotless.The breakfast is super! Only the Restaurant... I would advise to look around. Better offer and cheaper.

Internet could be better

Great stay, marvelous view from the window, rooms are quiet. All was very comfortable- big parking lot, reception and swimming pool area. Very good dinner.

The dinner was served a little bit too late for us, from 8 pm. The breakfast could be better- products like cakes were dry. Also very narrow roads lead to the hotel which could be problematic for some drivers with bigger cars.
