- Great spot to relax for a day and take kids with you! Lovely staff and very clean and comfortable!
- Easy access by public transportation and private car. Decent size room. Good WiFi. Varied breakfast options. Loved the pool and many restaurants option nearby.
- Breakfast was great for the price. The room was large and with a view. Great value for money.
Cons -
- No AC and the table fun in the room was really small for a hot summer day.
- Noisy place, you could hear other guests in the hallways and outside as if they were in the room. There is no information in other language than Spanish. Lots of signs everywhere warning about stuff or about hotel rules and no English at all. Taking into account that there were lots of foreign tourists there at the time and it was off season, I found it strange.
- Pool was no.longer open.Lots of noise from guests in neighboring rooms as wall are not well soundproofed Room smelt strongly of cleaning products.

Staff were friendly and helpful
On arrival at the hotel it transpired that our rooms had not been made up and there was nobody able to do so. So we were offered accommodation at the sister hotel 200m down the road for the same price etc.
Very clean, friendly staff and substantial breakfast. Pool was also very clean. Great location to go on day trips.
Rooms are quite small and basic.
Easy access, near touristic places.
A bit of noise in the morning
Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good and there was private parking. Bed was also comfortable with a big TV high up front.
They REALLY need to sound proof the windows and doors, if you stay in a room facing the road, it gets extremely noisy, like if the window was open. Also, please reduce the size of the keychain, having a huge block of wood with the room number attached to the key is unpractical and we took it off right away. The toilet flush was also dripping internally, so every now and then it had to refill the amount it lost, which was noisy.

Location
It was very noisy and stuffy. The room was clean and odorless. Our windows overlooked the road and you could hear cars moving. Our neighbors talked and laughed until the night and we heard every word they said. After an active holiday, we wanted to sleep well, but we didn't manage to. The breakfast at the hotel is mediocre. There is bread, rolls, cheese, ham, dry breakfasts. No eggs. There are yoghurts and drinks.
Friendly staff
No extra bed was availble, they assumed we will share our twin bed with our 5 year old! The room was smelling tabacco.
The property is really lovely, quite big, so hard to comment on rooms in general as their stadard probably vary. Our room was very small and pretty dark (need the light on all day). Very basic if it comes to appliances. No coffee machine or kettle. The breakfast was OK, and location is good if you want to do hiking near the Lakes. It is very close to Cangas de Onis if you want to enjoy some nightlife and restaurants.
I hated the neighbours, so no guilt on the hotel, really. Loud, smoking by the door, noisy at night, loud music on. We asked the receptionist once to react and she did, for what we are thankful, but the problem came back the next day again. I do not recommend the place for a family stay if you want to chill and rest.
Breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very kind and helpful.
Spa is not included in the price, it was way to expensive.
+ Good location, pet-friendly, and free parking. Some friendly staff members and breakfast included.
Rooms are dated and lack air-conditioning. It was 29 degrees the day we arrived, and the room did not cool down one bit.- It is far too expensive for what it is. The price changed on booking.com from €330, to €280, to €260. All these prices are too expensive for what you get. For €140 per night, one would at least expect modern facilities and air-con.- Door to our booked room didn't open, so they gave us a different room which has awful roof windows and then claimed there's no difference between the rooms, despite the window and the larger size of the original room.- Breakfast is included, but it isn't great. No eggs, floppy croissants, average bread, and the toast machine needs maintenance (unless you actually like eating breakfast with the constant sound of grinding metal in the background).- The pool was full of screaming kids, many of whom weren't hotel guests, and the staff didn't seem to care, despite the adult guests being agitated.- The spas were basically the same temperature as the pool. Also, be careful booking around here because the hotel owner has about 6 hotels of different names, same style, but different quality (and obviously swinging prices).
Great location between the town and Lagos Covadonga. Staff was very nice. Pool and jacuzzi were great
Rooms were a little dated. Jacuzzi were some temp as pool
Very nice place. Excellent location for those who wish to explore one of the most interesting parts of the Batural Park. Nice restaurant just across the road. Welcoming staff. Pet friendly. Reccomended.
The whole experience was amazing! The staff was very friendly and always willing to assist the best they could. Some of the staff didn't know English but we were able to communicate very well whether using Portuguese or the translator. The cleaning is done every day, they provide you new sets of towels and supplies according to what has already been used. For a 2* hotel it is a pretty good place to stay and with excellent customer service! Definitely worth the price! We would definitely recommend and go back!
The only down side was that due to the isolation we weren't able to get our bathing suits and towels to dry - which didn't at all impact our stay.
Value for money. Nice breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. Comfy pool.
Location, staff spacious rooms, swimming pool, dog friendly
Nice place to stay. Beautiful surroundings. Nice spa zone. Many tourists attraction around. Very nice and helpful host in Tourists center.
AC could be adjustable
