We had the most superior room and it was modest but nice. The best part was the bed which was unbelievably comfortable! Staff were nice and room and common areas were clean

The spa facilities were very dirty. The pool was encrusted with green gunk and the steam room had black mould covering the entire ceiling! Really disappointing as the spa was the main reason we chose it. We paid for access and only stayed 5 mins it was so gross

Comprehensive satisfaction. I would highlight the pleasant and cooperative receptionist (greetings Maria), the quality breakfast, the many relaxation areas of the hotel and the very pleasant location in nature.

The hotel room is too small for 2 people. There is no elevator in the hotel, nor is there an assistant to carry heavy suitcases. The hotel breakfast does not have appropriate tableware - a cake cutter and a knife must be used. The hotel staff only speak Spanish.The outdoor pool is only available during the day, but guests usually do not stay at the hotel during the day - it is desirable that it would be open from 8 a.m. and at least until 9 p.m.

Restaurant offering was ok but could have been better

Lovely rural location complete with cows across the fence and a chicken coup on the premises which provide the eggs for breakfast. Very accommodating staff and nice rooms.

It would be nice if the spa was open in the evening - it was closed when we arrived in the early evening. The piano in the lobby looks nice but has rotted through on the interior and as such is unplayable - could do with some love to restore it to its former glory.

The views of the room, the food was delicious. The staff was very nice.

Nice rural hotel, good looking, clean, good WiFi, comfortable. The room can be warmed/cooled. Breakfast was great.

The AC had a light that couldn't be switched off. I couldn't sleep well because of it. The toiletries were very poor quality.

The spa was very relaxing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The views from the property were amazing.

Location is a good base for touring the area, staff pleasant and friendly (despite my limited Spanish they were willing to help), comfortable beds. Air conditioning good in the superior room we booked.

Sound from other rooms can be an issue if you're a light sleeper, but that applies to many hotels. Arrive at breakfast early if the hotel is busy, just to ensure you don't run out of options.

The location was ideal. Surrounded by nature and local restaurants. The staff were really friendly.

We love the location and the hotel surroundings. The garden was beautiful and the slide was the best part of it!

It was a very pleasant stay, but I have to say that I found strange that the pillows were hard and the mattress soft. Normally is the other way around.Also I will recommend to have something at the breakfast serve that makes the hotel unique: as a home made special cake or unique bread, so you will remember the breakfast with great fondness.

The staff was wonderful!! The front desk and the breakfast servers in particular were so kind and helpful - not just to us - we saw how well they treated all the guests. Thank you!

The room was very small. There was only one long pillow for a double bed - we had to ask for a second - the kind desk clerk found another long pillow for us but they were very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on. Single pillows please!

Very good location - in the nature but also close to other locations. Very friendly staff that is very kids friendly. We loved the sheep in the garden!

No communication that we had 1h of spa per day. We had to ask for it. No fruits for breakfast apart from apples.
