- Staff was very rude and spoke no English. I asked if I could use the coffee machine and one staff said yes. Then another came and accused me of breaking their rules and behaved as if he was a police officer. I felt very unwelcome

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a garage or parking spaces and it is quite difficult to find a street parking. Also, the hotel does not provide evening meals, however there are plenty of restaurants near.
Perfect location; the room was very clean and cozy; great breakfast and coffee; staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly!

Nothing - staff were so accommodating especially since we had an issue which meant we might have had needed another night, they gave us a late check out and held a room for us in case needed so full marks for reception
