- Decent for the price

Cons -
- Had to ask for kettle to heat water. No drinks or tea or coffee available. The street was loud during the night.
- The bathroom was smelling because the drain and we had to leave the door closed and outside windows opened to be able to breathe fresh air
- Did not receive check-in email until 3:36.No working outlet for charging Smoke smell in pillow Air conditioner was broken. The only bed cover was a heavy duvet, so choice was too much cover or none at all. Stairway lights may turn off when partway down the stairs—dangerousNo toilet paper. The surly attendant complained that toilet paper is expensive.

Location but that's all!
It was disgusting. The room was dirty, the bathroom had mould on the ceiling, the tiles and the shower door were filthy. The floor had dirt and fluff all over it. The heating didn't work and when I went to reception to report it at 8pm it was all closed up. The room stunk of smoke and when I opened the window there were a load of cigarette ends on the windowsill. I think the cleaner only comes in and changes the bed linen and leaves. I would never stay here again and if I hadn't paid I would have walked back out.
Good location
The room needs some restoration. There is mold all over the ceiling in the toilet and the hallway of the room. It was extremely cold, and we got a fever because of that. The heater didn’t work; instead, it was blowing cold air, and it was impossible to turn it off. The staff was absent. However, the price is quite low.
Brilliant location and brilliant price.
Small and put dated but for the price no complaints
Handy locale 10 minutes from station and restaurants and bars nearby. Fabien and Stefan were very helpful and provided luggage storage and directions and information about transport and places to visit.
I returned to the hotel at 11.30pm on Saturday and it was very quiet. However, at 3am until 6am there was alot of noise outside the building from people shouting and screaming. At 6.30am the road sweepers started beeping outside. I am aware this is not the fault of the hotel, but feel potential guests should be made aware. The inside of the building would benefit from redecoration and details of where to get breakfast on a Sunday, would be helpful. No kettle in room or vending machines on site.
Staff and location
The mattress and pillows and the room.
Location on centre of Pau
Not are described and booked for two nights but left after one because not as described. Dirty roomShower could not be regulated (hot or hotter only)Hairdryer brokenNo kettle or hot drink making facilities Bed hard and a dark grey duvet? No lift to higher floorWallpaper and carpets falling apart Difficult to read intercom due to no lighting outside No 24 hour reception
Location
The room was next to some technical space, super noisy. I couldn’t sleep all night
This hotel is located in the center of the city and has its own decoration style. Although the room is relatively small, it is enough for one person. The front desk is very NICE. The price of the room is reasonable.
Hygiene, it would be better if you clean it carefully. Because there is dust everywhere.
It is near at the train station, city centre, shops and accessible by public transport. The guy at the reception is nice.
We arrived early that’s why I called the property for us to leave our luggage first, but the receptionist told me that they will open at 3pm and no one was at the reception. (take note: I received an email that if we came early we can leave the luggage inside).Rooms are dirty, Bathroom and Toilets are not very clean as well. Mirrors are dusty. The exhaust fan in the toilet isn’t working that’s why we have to open the windows for a while to allow the ventilation of the room even if it’s freezing!
Friendly staff All amenitiesGood mattress Real bathroom
Well-located budget hotel in downtown Pau. Clean and relatively spacious room. Vibrant quarter with restaurants and cafés. Breakfast at boulangerie Grangé next to the hotel, a delight.
Ils a budget hotel so indeed the facilites are not brand new, but its good enough for that price, available staff, working elevator, nice bathroom
Friendly budget hotel Clean and confortable for a downtown Lots of attractions in Pau: restaurants, shops, cafés, the castel, the promenade
The bedding was a little hard, thats probably because the matress is new (or look alike)
Good value for moneySimple for a night. Really centralClose parking that is not too expensive for a 24h
Really noisy because it's really close to a night club. You also have really little isolation between rooms so expect noise from people coming back to their room.
It was in the centre and easy to get around the town.
I was in a room that at the front of the hotel and as the Hotel is next to a bar where people stayed outside talking and drinking into the early hours of the morning it made it impossible to sleep.
Good location, and reasonable price, helpful staff
Bed not very comfortable but ok for a night’s stay
Location just off of a pedestrian shopping street. Nice big bathtub that i used every night!
Wifi password did not work! There is an irish pub next door and the partying went on the till 3am my first night. I was on the fourth floor and could hear them clearly until 3am. I also requested an electric kettle when I booked my room but there was not one available.
Good position
They gave us a different room, we complained but they said that the room in the picture was not from that hotel ( picture from booking ), the bed was terrible and the room very smelly of moisture.
