The room was well equipped and having two separate rooms was a plus!

Not having anyone at reception for checking after 9PM was very confusing.

Location is a ways out but really close to excellent Moroccan restaurant that the front desk recommended. It is a basic room with kitchenette but very usable. The entire place is a little worn but the price is reasonable and it has lots of free parking. Seemed to have a lot of people doing long term rentals. Not a tourist type hotel.

My interaction with the responsible was unpolite, we ended up not staying there. A hotel responsible can express a "no" without making a customer feel guilty for making a question.

Good hotel, a bit far from the city center, but only a 7–8 minute drive by car.There is convenient parking on-site, and pets are welcome, which is a big plus.The room was clean and had a bathtub, which was nice.However, the walls are a bit thin — you can hear sounds inside the room.Perfect for a short stay of 1–2 nights.The city itself is absolutely beautiful!

Great price & ideal location for what we needed. Two rooms so son could have his own space. Kettle & microwave came in handy.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Mattress wasn’t the comfiest.

Lovely helpful staff, a simple but well equipped room with kitchenette, everywhere is clean, quiet, nice other guests... What would you want more? We slept very well.

Plenty of space in the room, very comfortable bed, coffee and tea available in the room.

The bathroom could do with a hand rail or a step, it's very high for a 70 year old to get in and out of.Also perhaps you could have a usb plug socket somewhere in the room.

Staff is incredibly nice.

It’s very run down. Toilet brush was dirty and it really ruined the experience.

Location to the Pau airport is very good. Breakfast is good.

We found one of the trash bins with some garbage, probably from the previous guest. The rest of the apartment looked clean so it was probably an oversight.

The room is adequately suitable and sufficiently clean.

The kitchen materials need more thorough cleaning. It would be better to provide high-quality soap for this purpose.

Very competitively priced; traditional metal keys (instead of cards—just remember to lock your room when you leave!); super friendly staff; Decent rooms with a kitchenette, refrigerator, and two tables (perfect for working with your laptop); conveniently located next to the university and Heliopole, which is great if you're there for business.

Reception closes after 5 pm, so if you arrive in the evening, you won’t be able to get your room key and may be out of luck for the night; mediocre WiFi; flimsy bath towels; recycled beige tissue paper; the worst bed pillows ever; rooms not cleaned daily by staff; heating/air conditioning wasn't working, likely due to the season.

The flats are well equipped, with a nice living area to relax. The cleanliness was good and the staff was nice. Breakfast was very nice too.

The lighting in the bathroom was a bit poor.

Thank you to the receptionist and waiters for the arrangements, The rooms are very comfortable and very clean.With lift the safety parking area.The area was very clean and quiet.Good place to relax after tour.40 minutes drive to Lourdes.

It has no air conditioning. However, rooms have a fan.

Rooms are not cleaned daily and provision of just a fan. An air conditioner would have been great!
