Hôtel du Palois Pau Centre Bosquet

Friendly staff, easy communication, free parking, large room size, and location of hotel.

Parking lot is big and easy to park once you get through the narrow parking gate. Room is nice and clean. Deco and building a bit tired.

Lift was out of order during our stay for 4 nights. Wish resuming now but the staff offered to help for the luggages to the room.

Excelent parking with easy access, covered and secured.Thank you for keeping it!!

The hotel is very well positioned. The parking lot is generous.Everything is clean. The personnel is extremely well prepared , polite and extremely helpful.

Location

We spent one night in the room, and we’ve been bitten by bedbugs or something similar. We woke up with many welts. The hotel’s hygiene leaves much to be desired.

The private parking without the need of reservation is a plus

The installations are a bit outdated and the breakfast offer is quite reduced for a 4 star hotel

Friendly helpful staff. Convenient for town. Free secure car parking.

Property seemed dated. Rooms tired. Single beds seemed small. Quite difficult to access car park with larger car.

The hotel has big parking, the room was big as well, we got 2 rooms next to each other. there was supermarket next to the hotel and some small shopping mall, walking distance to the center - 10-15 min

The breakfast was a little limited with options, I would expect a little different quality, the hotel room looked a little outdated.

Location was central. Parking was free and secure. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Rooms well resourced.

WiFi was not good, it kept dropping out so was not usable.

The hotel is very well located for exploring Pau. The room was a good size and the staff were friendly. We were also very happy with the secure parking on site.

Perfect location , staff so Welcoming. Room Larger than expected , clean and very comfortable. Good pillows!!Good breakfast.

The staff made us and our dog feel very welcome, the breakfast was very good , loved the city beautiful views of the Pyrenees mountains. Safe secure parking.

Excellent location, very pet friendly, lovely room. Special mention for Valerie and Siron who were very welcoming of us and our two dogs. We will be staying here again on our return from Spain and I would definately recommend.

Lovely and clean hotelStaff friendly and always helpfulLovely breakfastSecure parking

Nothing!

Lovely staff, safe and secure free parking , easy walk to Ramparts

General location is rather run down .

Parking, staff, room size

The hotel is in a great location for walking around the town. Comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff and parking very good.

Good rooms, friendly staff, parking, central location, good rate

Room was lovely up to date and well presented staff were very friendly and helpful nice to have a bath with room and secure parking will definitely book again on our return.

Be careful when sat nav tells you are there so easy to miss hotel endid in the local carpark just down the road a bit confused were to park car but sorted in the end

Quiet, friendly and comfortable. Upgraded for free. Fridge in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Mini bar prices very expensive, won’t pay €3.50 for a small bottle of water that is often provided free in other hotels.
