Kyriad Prestige Pau – Palais des Sports

Easy to find. Room comfortable and price reasonable

No restaurant on site. Had to use very expensive restaurant next door. Where the service was poor and the choice of meals was limited.

Large modern room. Quiet area. Good restaurant next door. Excellent breakfast

Nothing to complain about

Good location.

Thé température in the room was hot and i was unable to decrease it. It was impossible to open the window due to street noise.

Very professional and nice. Rooms clean, well kept and spacious.

The breakfast food selection. The food was good but not enough put out for the amount of people there and there was only pork and fish which I don’t eat and I can’t be the only one who doesn’t.

Well laid out room

No English TVCoffee maker did not workOnly 2 tea bags

This is not the first time here, so to return shows we were not disappointed, possibly the slight negative is the restaurant, menu choices not sufficient and the prices far to expensive.

Easy free parking comfortable great bed and bathroom wonderful breakfast

No fridge in room

Rooms were moderns and spacious , equipped with kettle and coffee maker and complimentary capsules and water. Beds were very comfortable and bed linen and pillows was high quality. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Breakfast was quite simple, with very limited selection and low quality products. Room storage is quite reduced for long stays. All the rest was great.

Modern, well appointed, clean. Good wifi. Powerful shower. Excellent small gym w exercise bike. Our room was pleasantly spacious. Bar, lounge and breakfast area all welcoming and well staffed. Private secure parking. Easy access from motorway. Good on site, meat based restaurant, very popular with locals. Large electric vehicle charging facility adjacent to hotel car park plus two functioning points within hotel carpark.

Slight car park noise at night - nothing too bad. No road noise in spite of being adjacent to through routes. The usb points in our bedroom weren't functioning tho as we had plug in chargers that didn't cause a problem for us. Very good but very expensive breakfast - 17€ pp - 10/2024

Room was clean and modern and had easy parking directly outside.

No facilities for food at hotel other than breakfast which was a little sparce on the offering. Hotel is on an industrial estate and we ended up having to walk a couple of miles to find dinner and even then it was fast food and the slowest service I've ever experienced, not something you want after a long day and arrival.

Room clean, Good shower, Beds comfortable, Nice pillows. Quiet room, Good blackout curtains.

Air conditioning didn't seem to work, so room was very hot. Breakfast was very average, toaster complicated to work.

Beautiful hotel staff were exellent ,The restaurant was fantastic food was 5 star. Room was top class and pricing was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient to motorway. Secure parking

The hotel itself was good. Lovely bedroom. Big bed. Great bathroom. Slept well. Free Secure parking - a bonus! Unfortunately, the adjacent “steak” restaurant was not up to our standard. Rump steak - very chewy and fattyEntrecôte steak was very fatty and came cold. Had to send it back for a double dip on the grill - after I had tried to eat it!Staff in both the hotel and restaurant were lovely.

All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean

It has Tesla chargers right next to it

Convenient location just off the motorway. Secure and plentiful parking. Nice size room. Handy bar near reception and a partner restaurant next door (with discount for hotel guests). Friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for more. Look forward to staying here again

Parking mid week good, location is handy for Mitterand hospital and Palais des sports, but I didn't go. Boucherie restaurant alongside is excellent, very much old France but super staff, not great for vegetarians. Keenly priced so added to stay.

There wasn't anything I didn't like that would stop me going back.

Room was very well equipped Parking was excellent Location was great for motorway traffic Dog was welcomed and there were lots of walks around the hotel

Difficult to identify anything

the breakfast

We got a room where the sheets were not changed, they just made the bed, there were hairs on the bed from the customer who slept the night before. The air conditioning and the fan did not work, a staff member came, checked, said that it would work in 3 minutes and it did not work at all. There was a huge spider in the ceiling, we called a staff member to remove it.

quite peaceful and green area, comfortable bed, clean and well arranged bathroom,

far away from the city, not too spacy apartment

Rooms are excellent, clean, spacious and modern. Had adjoining room (quadruple room) for three adults, excellent option. Food is always excellent here and attached restaurant gives good options for evening meal.

Nothing - excellent.
