ibis Pau Centre

Good room with facilities, modern design, bathroom included. The hotel is very close to the center, shops.

The rooms are tiny, hard to turn around in them. No fridge in the room.

The hotel is in an excellent position! The bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok. The staff at the reception was really great and helpful.

I stayed there for 7 nights, and my room was not once cleaned! I mean they made the beds, emptied the bins and put clean towels but the surfaces and the toilet was not once cleaned! Since I don't make a lot of mess and I'm used to cleaning my space, the cleaning ladies thought they didn't need to clean it themselves! I could tell from certain details in the toilet and the room syrfaces that they didn't in fact clean it .... not once.Furthermore, the room was too small and had a rather strange and uncomfortable shape!

Room was comfortable.

Had a problem with entry when returned late in evening as night porter was preparing breakfast so couldn’t access hotel for a while.

Location was right in the heart of town, appreciated parking on-site was on the property. Check in was smooth, efficient and the person at the front desk made us feel very welcome. Appreciated happy hour and breakfast was very good. Room was compact and well appointed. Even though we faced the street windows were well insulated and we were not bothered by any street noise. Please note our review is based on the understanding we were looking for a modern, clean, convenient, more budget focused stay and it met those needs wonderfully.

I cancelled my latest trip as I was so disappointed

The room was absolutely tiny and felt claustrophobic . No kettle or any facilities.

Great location. Good breakfast. Dog friendly.

The room we had was tiny it felt rather claustrophobic. Just getting through the heavy door with a bag was a struggle. Shower was secured tightly so kept slipping. Sink was randomly in the bedroom as the bathroom was so tiny. Only give. Two towels

Very good location and perfectly fine hotel for a night or two. Breakfast was nice as well. Nothing significant to fault - a good but not great hotel.

Relatively small rooms with no frills (e.g., ironing board, coffee maker) although recently refurbished (except the small bathroom)

The young lady on reception when we checked in was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was keen to improve her English, I'm keen to improve my French so we agreed to converse in each others language and help each other. Sadly I didn't get her name but she deserves a special mention.

Room was a little compact, no complaints otherwise.

Location, friendly staff and breakfast was decent. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Walking distance to everything downtown.

Room was the smallest I’ve likely been in hotel. Could barely open the door or access the bathroom and shower. Indoor parking was full and luckily found a space in the outdoor, would have been nice to be able to book ahead.

Great parking and the hotel was situated in the city centre which was brilliant. Excellent breakfast and informative, helpful staff. Comfortable bed!

The room was small and I would have preferred the sink to be in the bathroom but as we only stayed for one night, it wasn't a problem.

Staff were excellent .

Parking tricky and no facility for making a drink in bedroom .

Good location, clean, friendly staff

Spaces are very small and parking is really tight. What you see is what you get, I wasn’t expecting more.

Excellent location for the centre, parking on site, very helpful staff

There were roadworks in town so stressful finding the hotel - lots of blocked roads. Would have been good to know beforehand

Location only

Car parking , air con was just a fan, disabled room so no door to bathroom - bit difficult when two ofYou. Wouldn’t stay again.

Central for restaurants etc. secure parking underground for our bikes

Very central, small but tidy and comfortable

Great location with on site parking. Front desk clerk, I forget his name, was very friendly and helpful

Good location, pleasant staff, good breakfast.

Reported morning on Sunday AM 07/04 that the curtain rail had fallen off sometime between leaving my room on Saturday 06/04 and returning back late that night. Was expecting it to be fixed by the time I returned by Sunday night, however nothing had been done to repair/replece it and I had to spend the night without any window covering which increased road noise from outside and also let the light in early in the moring, both of which affected my ability to sleep well.

Great location, great staff and the breakfast was lovely

Rooms are basic

location is great, at the centre

room is a bit small and breakfast could have been better than provided.
