    Cons -

    • The heating doesn't work. We had a cold night during our stay. I don't recommend this place in cold season
    • I felt unsafe. There was no notification that the property was surrounded with scaffolding. Any room was easily accessible for anyone off the street or staying in the hotel to enter your room. Rooms would also be easy to access even without the scaffolding since the balcony is only separated by a neck high partition. Rooms do not have air (or fans) so sleeping with the door open for fresh air was not an option. This was not an ideal option for one of the hottest days in July. The doors also have an odd metal wavy lock to leave the door ajar but again it is easy to break into your room. When we went to dinner we actually took our bags back to our car since we felt they were safer in the car vs the room. This was NOT a cheap place to stay. Also, it was very easy to hear the conversation of the guest next to us. The hotel lists desk hours but they were not accurate.I messaged them 4 times and several hours later I got a reply about the lock on the door. That was it. I was so happy to wake up early and get out of there.Be prepared to be woken up before 6am by the street cleaners and trash collectors on this busy street I am thankful that a booking.com agent took the security concerns seriously and contacted the hotel and we were able to not be penalized and got to check out the following day.

Ok breakfast, good parking, low price.

This hotel does not live up to a 3-star standard, is a 1 star hostel. Very limited hours with staff, no door separated room from bathroom leaving zero privacy for going to the toilet. One room had a major water leak and a bad smell due to it. Zero action from staff when notified about it. Rooms were cold and heaters not turned on. One of the power sockets in the room was loose. Overall impression was not good.

Unhappy experience..So bad we didn’t even use the shower in the morning. Couldn’t get out quick enough.

No door on ensuite just a sheet covering entrance.Room tiny, dark and very dated.Stairs and hallway carpet completely worn and shabby.

I stayed in hotel 2 night. It's really comfortable room with a great bed, with balcony and TV. The guests are independents, it's so good. Thank you for this comfort.

In my room the toilet not worked, so it was hard to go outside for doing this routine thing. Also I hadn't a hot water after 1 a.m., afret my work, and for me it was difficult to take a shower.

    Poor

Fik ingen information about checking in until 2.5 hours after arriving..had to call and insist the mail hasnt been received. There is no manned reception as stated booking com . Had to phone twice to get the access code. The second Wellcome mail arrived next day!!

Great price and good sized room. Easy parking with grounds.

Didn't see any staff during stay. Shared toilet between 6 rooms is too many, but not a problem a quiet times.

Effort being put into rénovations while running the hotel.Provided everything I needed for a very good price.

    Position of electric outlets

The flexibility of the access hours, the cleanliness, the proximity to bus stops and the private shower

Lack of gel showers and/or shampooLack of fast electrical sockets

Booked at the last minute for somewhere to get head down ,room was basic but clean.

No toilet that was on the same floor and more improtant than that no air conditioning which made the room a nightmare to sleep in unless you opened the window wide open

Check your email for the door code which they send you if you check in after hours. I didn't have data so could only check with WiFi. Their WiFi info is on a note on the door.

LocationThe room had a big balcon

No staff to talk toVery gross room with little effort on getting it cleanNo bathroom in the room and very disgusting shared mini wc

    Dissapointing

No reception desk. Rude manager. Didn’t send codes to access rooms even though we had already paid. Finally sent them at 10.21 that night. We had to book into another hotel. Booking.com. Only refunded £22 of a £44 bill. Poor service all round.

    7DompyPosted on: 8-1-2022

Codes to get into the door and easy to get in and out. Beds confortable and a short walk into town. I stayed here two nights, it wasy easy to book through booking.com

I could not check in early. I had to wait outside for an email that was sent to that had the check in codes for the door. This was my fault that I did not email the property and tell them what I was doing. I think if you emailed them they would have sent the code or someone would have been at reception.

    car Parking

curtain for bathroom door. lift not available and I specifically asked due to being disabled. lift not made a Soto us despite being asked. Staff were blunt to the point of being rude. Not helpful re getting food either. advertised as shops/restaurants nearby which there weren’t. grouting terrible in bathroom. toilet was loose. stairs were steep and handrail was too low and I’m only 5’1”.Awful place.

    6BrigittePosted on: 7-17-2022

Property has a free parking available. Which is very convenient. The staff is charming and welcoming. We can feel like like at home.

The property is old so you might hear your neighbours.

    7BaronPosted on: 6-16-2022

Modern reception fronts older-style traditional property. Possibly still in throes of renovating rooms as en-suite very dated ; especially shower-stall and no door on it, just a curtain over aperture.
