Quick Palace Pau Zénith

Staff was very friendly! Upgraded me to a non-smoking room for free.

Perfect place close to stop near the highway and continue the trip on the next morning . Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

The hotel was extremely well organised and prepared for travellers like me, who arrive late after a long drive and set off early. I phoned reception to ask how to check in late, and Ben gave me a very clear explanation (in English - which was very helpful, as my French is not good!) and the system worked perfectly, using the machine to get my keys/codes. The location was brilliant for the motorway and having a free, safe car park at the hotel was important for me. The bed was comfortable, shower good and the room was quiet. I would stay here again.

Lovely comfortable clean hotel friendly staff and great breakfast couldn't ask for more thanks for a pleasant stay .Also love the fact there are 2 pillows as you seem to be only place I know that does 2 much more comfortable to sleep with.. Definitely recommend will be seeing you again .

Very good location when travelling and excellent value for money. Very friendly staff and nice fresh breakfast

Bathroom very dated and carpet needed cleaning/changing

Easy access, clean comfortable accommodation, coffee machine, nice staff, room had window that could be opened and looked out onto greenery. Easy safe parking quiet. .

Good location welcoming staff comfy bed shower facilities good. Breakfast excellent.

All good

I've stayed here often and always enjoyable and staff always pleasant and good value for money and the past two visits over the past two weeks we had breakfast included in the price

Friendly service, large, free parking.

Not very hygienic, I got some kind of allergy, something bit me, I suspect it was some kind of bedbugs.

Husband thought basic but usable, I on the other hand had to remove grey matter from surfaces and lights, think there were better rooms than ours, no 25!

Clean bed linen and towels but very dusty units and carpet, bathroom was very worn, a sealed unit but mouldy, room had a very stomach churning smell

Lovely breakfast, good choice of food and drinks. The room was as expected, clean linen and towels, and general cleanliness was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was a bed for a night. No thrills but shower was good.

That apparently breakfast was included in the price and then by the check in on a Maschine they wanted 8.50€. Had to be a hook somewhere for the price. I half expected it.

Easy for a Quick night stopGood breakfast

Room small and not cleanBathroom small and not Easy to have shower; no soap in

Friendly staff

Availability of staff (not before 17h). Unavailability of last minute booking to use the front door code

It was very old and very tired. Bathroom was very mouldy and carpets were sticky and worn

All of it except breakfast

A good value, no frills, over-night stay for a tired traveler.Room clean & modern, though spartan.I hadn't a clue where the establishment was in relation to Pau.. the 'ring' road it was located near, seemed to be very extensive. It's major asset, was the very likable staff.

Probably, the location - with a sat-nav, I'd never have found it.But it was very reasonably priced for single occupancy.

NICE AND PEACEFUL AND GREAT LOCATION. HOST'S WHERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING...WILL ALWAYS USE QUICK PALACE PAU AS A STOP OVER ON OUR TRAVELS..

NOTHING TO DISLIKE AT ALL....

Langileak oso jatorrak ziren eta oheak erosoak.

Logela oso baldarra da. Komuna logelaren barruan dago, pareta txiki bat bereizten duena baina pareta ez da iristen sabaiaraino. "Komuneko" atetik ikus daiteke, beraz barruan zaudenean ez duzu intimitaterik. Logelako leihoa ez zen irekitzen.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. We arrived in the middle of the night, it was good we could check in without the staff. They had a vending machine check in which was smart.

Can’t say anything negative. We didn’t have much time there. The farmers had blocked the roads that weekend and with all the detours and millions of roundabouts we only slept in the bed for a couple of hours.

Good location easy check in and out free car park breakfast offered at extra payment
