The view from the balcony Nice clean design but a bit too barebone

No small fridge in the room first time encounter an hotel room without fridge Awkward placement of toilet cornered next to the sink when using the toilet the knees almost touch the sink

Tremendous view with comfortable balconies. Excellent welcoming staff. Comfortable bed with adjustable A/C which worked very well. This hotel appeared to be freshly painted and in very good repair. Breakfast is served on the lower floor so no disturbance to any guests as mentioned in an older review. We slept very well, soundproofing of walls appeared good. Would definitely stay here again upon return.

No restaurant services for dinner but that is expected for this type of hotel plus there are many dining choices down the hill toward the waterfront.

Amazing location, great rooms with views, poolwas fantastic and the staff were all friendly. Would recommend without hesitation.

Very nice pool and pool area, beautiful view from the restaurant, food was really good, too. Bed was very comfortable. Very useful retractable awning and “garage door” closure on balcony to keep the sun out.

There wasn’t a proper wall mounted shower in the bathroom. Had to stand in the tub and use a hand held shower. Far from ideal. They should at least add clip so you can fasten the shower head to the wall. Also, front desk refused to issue more than one key per room. They had this absurd system where they wanted us to leave the 1 key card in a box on the front desk when leaving the hotel. We didn’t do that. Felt like bad security since anyone could grab the key from the desk and the key had the room number on it. They could use a new sign, too.

Pool area was very nice and the food for lunch was magnificent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. A small walk to the old town with tons of restaurants.

Ther was zero curb appeal to this hotel!!. Looks like a Motel from the 60´s. But when you enter, it starts to look better. Top restaurant was unfortunately closed when we were there, so a small minus...and slightly annoying they let in people from the outside that are not hotel guests..They come with many kids and make the place rather noisy during the day.

Our stay was fantastic. The rooms, the views, the food, the staff, the food, the pool! All was so incredible.

The stuff was amazing! Especially the evening shift that welcomed us and the restaurant people. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable.

Needs iron, hair conditioner and in one of our room the pool towels were missing.

The breakfast this croissants were too yummy, the pool , the view from my room I mean everyone was so nice.

Benn staying here 25 years. Room refresh is modern and comfortable. Was alone on business. King bed, as is often the case, two twins, however in this case, theyre made up as twin beds, sheets and all, pushed Together with a king blanket covering. If traveling as couple, suggest asking for the bed to be made as king. View from balcony os “priceless”. Alone, the view is worth the trip!

We had to move to the hotel after a misleading Booking.com apartment and it was beyond our expectations. It was so comfortable and lovely. The balcony was big for Europe and the pool was perfect! The staff was very helpful in the restaurant.I must write about the bathroom. It was a gorgeous stone wall and very sizeable for Europe and price. It looks far from downtown Villefeanche-Sur-Met but it was a nice walk that was really nothing. It also is extremely quiet and a wonderful view of the marina and water. Great fun to walk all the watches come in and out.Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful location and hotel Staff were lovely and helpful

The restaurant and hotel were closed for the winter (we visited 2nd -8th October) and we weren't informed of this when we booked. There is no where else to eat nearby without taking transport Room needed a bit of an update

Lovely views, really beautiful pool area and spot to eat breakfast. Great as it allows dogs and has parking.

The rooms were a bit dated and the furniture looked a naff. It felt like it all needed a lick of paint. Paid extra to have a dog but no dog bowl in room or dog bed. No water in room either.

The hotel does not provide a kettle. There is not still water or indeed a fridge in any of the rooms. It would add to the overall comfort if these basic amenities would be provided.

The view was lovely and staff were great

No water in the rooms. Restaurant was far too dear for Italian food. Glass of wine at €12 was way overpriced, most places charge €8 per glass

The location was very good for exploring Villefranche-sur-Mer and surrounding areas with excellent bus and train links.

The included breakfast was minimal and exactly the same every day which became boring.

We were right next to the bar / restaurant and were woken up very early [i.e. 0500hrs] by the staff laying out table settings and people having their having their breakfasts / meetings meant we could hear quite a lot and was not very private for our terrace space.

Very clean and pretty. Beautiful view.

The fire alarm went off by accident in the morning and the property was also a little bit of a walk (all uphill!) from town. Like 15 minutes.

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations! Absolutely stunning view, great pool & breakfast area. Perfect place to base yourself for a week in the S.O.F! Free parking was amazing as we were able to park the car. Nice quiet area away from the hustle & bustle of Nice or Cannes. Will definitely be returning next year
