Hotel Torresport

Location is good.

Close to main road and if window is open some road noise experienced. Paying for parking was 9¿ overnight, in underground enclosed safe area, with lift access into Hotel. We thought that this may have been waived as the sports facilities were not open.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are good.

The day we arrived the pool was closed. It would has been nice if someone had told us in advance. They knew in advance. The pool belongs to a separate gym complex next to the hotel. So when we went to use it the next day, when they opened it, it was pretty full of people from outside the hotel and there was no room in the pool. Pretty anoying.

Clean, comfortable, wheelchair accessible and parking eaily available . Near to motorway

Tea/coffee making facility in room would be great.

Convenient for Santander ferry

No hot water which thenBecame no water at all. Couldn’t have a shower or even a wash after 9Hours of travel! Had to ask for bottled water to have a wash in cold water! Asked for a coffee the following morning and was chargedFor a fullBreakfast! Shocking!

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Larger than normal room with very comfortable bed.

the food in the caffateria was better than expected. we enjoyed a good tapas on arrival and an evening meal.

Location. Friendly staff. Big but comfy room. Good lighting. Free parking right outside. Swimming pool and spa a real delight after 8 hours on the road!

After a long journey the staff were rude upon arrival. Failed to explain parking and breakfast/check out times

As we arrived on a Sunday all parts of the hotel were closed. Apart from that it was very clean, very helpful staff. I

Location close to main roads and to gym spa

Needs a small renovation. Curtains, furniture .

Evening meal in the Hotel was OK, The breakfast was very poor, rough and ready selection of cold foods and fruit. Lacking Finesse of other Hotels we stayed in. The room was clean but small.The Hotel has a garage for safe storage of our motorcycle, this I arranged prior to arrival, with our booking.

The Breakfast was very poor, compared to other Hotels. The air conditioning could be altered and was set too high.The beds were ok but not overly comfortable and the pillows were not the best for comfort.

It was close to the ferry port

Rude staff , waited over 20 mins to order food at the cafe but when a member of staff did appear they served someone else who hadn’t been waiting as long as even when I questioned this I was ignored. The bed was very uncomfortable and did not have a full nights sleep. The mattress dipped in the centre. There was 2 lights that did not work in the room. It was not 100% clean.

Hotel was generally tired. Breakfast just about adequate. They had no butter only margarine. Staff unconcerned. Parking was 9 euros a night.

Shower only just worked. Shower door loose. Shower spray had mind of its own.

Great location for a stopover before heading south. Really clean, lovely room and just across the road from Carrefour! Secure underground parking was a big plus too!

Just off motorway in shopping complex. Good cafeteria & restaurant.

Most was good . The Hotel staff. Were helpful. But the Health spa . One girl on the reception desk ,was Rude to me ,after I said I was English And did not understand what she was saying.

Room was very spacious and comfortable - lovely large walk-in shower. Dinner in the restaurant was very good value as we had the menu del dia. Underground parking was secure and worth the extra charge.

Had to wait a long time to check in as hotel reception also dealing with people (non-residents) using the hotel gym and spa.

Good, clean room. Easy check-in. Close to Carrefour hypermarket and other facilities. 9 EUR parking underground, and a lift takes you straight there. There also seems to be free street parking, but check with reception. Excellent wifi.

Mattress wasn't great quality. Few international channels on TV.
