Location close to transportation and center of city

No air conditioning Wifi will need constant re entering password when not used for a fiu minute

This was a good location, a nice place to stay. We were just passing through for 1 night, but it was perfect.

Parking was a little difficult. We ended up needing to pay for underground parking, which was okay.

The bed was was very comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the location was ideal

Great location in centre of town. Simple but elegant for the price of hotel. Comfy beds, modern room. Nice balcony. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Parking on street was tricky to find a space.

We loved the location, located so closed to La Zona, with excellent restaurants and bars in Torrelavega.We loved the bathroom, and it was super clean. Definitely recommended.

Water flows to other rooms were noisy when activated. Building was very "hard" lots of straight lines and right angles.

Downtown area, not a very good area but it was safe.

Mentioned that I had a bath in the information, that was not the case and it was a shower. That disappointed me a little.

I was travelling with my bicycle and the staff gave me the option to store this in my room or in a secure room on the ground floor. The room I was staying in had been recently refurbished and was modern and comfortable. Perfect location, close to the main areas. Breakfast had a nice variety of pastries, cereal, fruit and drinks.

There could have been more sockets for charging electricals as I had three things I needed to charge.

The rooms are newly renovated (not all of them yet I think) with nice bathrooms and the beds are new as are the floors. Plenty of space in the room

The hotel is for sleeping. No cozy area to hang out.

This place was perfect. These people understand hospitality. The staff members were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was excellent with amazing water pressure in the shower! I slept nine hours in an incredibly comfortable bed. I really, really liked this place. Within 300 metres are located a convenience store and all the restaurants you will need.If you're a solo traveller and/or travelling by bike, this is the place to stay in Torrelavega.

It was clean and warm, the staff were kind.

The staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful,The location is about as central as it gets with shops and restaurants all in walking distance and right next to a large park.

A bit noisy at times but not excessive.Parking can be an adventure but every time we found something within walking distance.
