Hotel Finca La Mansión

Everything was wonderful The staff were so welcoming and helpful. quite a walk into town and back but really lovely experience and we like walking. Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed. Safe parking. Lovely grounds. Refreshing swim in pool! Beautiful views from the room. Easy drive from Santander and Llanes had so much to offer. We would go back.

Everything was amazing. All staff members were very nice. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was extremely delicious; there were so many options!!!The park and pool area are very lovely ? The beaches nearby are dreamy as well!

Beautiful and traditional hotel, very comfortable beds and big rooms, breakfast was good,,plenty of selection, friendly staff, lovely pool and facing the mountains was a stunning view..loved it here and would recommend ?

Incredibly disjointed, badly organised, one of the strangest hotels I ever stayed in, my room number 3-- but was on the 1st floor cafeteria food was a big disappointment apparently receptionist did the cooking as well

Staff were superbly helpful. Lovely building. Pool was small but good.

Basic bar facilities and a 25 minute walk from the centre may not suite everybody.

Pretty good overall but the breakfast ritual is frankly bizarre, laid out behind a glass screen so you pointed at what you wanted which was then loaded onto a tray which you collected , a very bizarre and rather intimidating and rigid charade in a vast almost empty underground space the size of an empty Olympic swimming pool. Food itself fine. Pool is very small, views to the Picos terrific

The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The view from the room was beautiful.

We were dissapointed with the room. Expected 4 stars but honestly it wasn't even two. Every single item is old and ugly. Old tv, old furniture, the bathroom was ugly and badly lighten, ugliest sink I've ever seen (shell shaped) unbelievable ugly and old faucets, we did not shower it was so unpleasant. The bed cover was an old and ugly blue blanket wrapped in a sheet. The night lamp was so bright it was unconfortable. We kept wondering the whole time why they say it is 4 stars...

We booked a room for 3 adults and it was too small, it should be fine for a couple but not for a family of 3

Comfortable large bed, nice gardens and small pool area.

The price was far too high. The location is about 1 1/2 miles outside Llanes. The shower cubicle in our room was the smallest we have ever seen. The breakfast was not included in the high price but was of quite good quality.

Really lovely staff. Bed very comfortable, room good with high ceilings and a decent viewWe were expecting an unpleasant walk into town centre along a busy road, but in fact the Senda Fluvial was great and made the hotel feel less out of the centre than it is..

The cafe con leche wasn't very nice. The rest of the breakfast was good though.

Furniture around lounge and breakfast area plastic chairs covered with cotton chair covers not comfortable, bar closed at 10pm, cafeteria didn't open till 10.30 am so you couldn't get a drink until then

Decently sized and comfortable room with large panoramic windows. Good free parking. Easy access into town (30 minute walk or 5 Euro for a taxi)Staff were very courteous and helpful when we needed to order a taxi.

There was no restaurant or bar in the hotel. This could have been more of a problem had we arrived late in the evening.The breakfast room downstairs is appalling. It's cavernous, with noise echoing all around. The noise of other peoples conversations as well as dishes clattering on to trolleys was really dreadful. We ended up moving to an outside table where smokers go, just to get away from the noise.Didn't take breakfast the 2nd morning because of this. (plenty of bars in town serving breakfast which was far better)

The bed was comfy and the staff were really nice

The bath/shower taps in the bathroom didn’t work properly. The bidet tap also didn’t work properly. Breakfast wasn’t included in the price. Our bedroom was downstairs which I didn’t like.

The room was very clean with huge, comfortable bed. The swimming pool was nice and had a green space around so you can chill there or have a drink.

It is located quite far from the city and with no restaurant in the hotel so we had to walk back to the city to have dinner.

Everything! The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful from arranging taxis for us to serving meals in the garden. Beautiful location with great view from our spacious room.The building is traditional and beautifully maintained with lounges and other indoorseating areas.Outdoor pool and comfortable garden seating area.Small restaurant they call a cafeteria serving a good range of delicious food.
