The hotel was very clean, and although the building was fairly old it was very well renovated. Many nice details.

The Staff was very polite. It's near to the city center and near supermarkets, restaurants and excursions.

They charged us 22€ per person for the spa and they did not tell us that it was not included. At the check-out the lady told us it was not included and we had to pay it. The spa jacuzzi is black in the borders, there is broken curtains and it's not worth AT ALL 22€.

Everything. Room, staff so helpful and friendly, location, beautiful building, quiet park around it, close to town centre, library ground floor for relaxing. The town of Llanes hidden treasure.

Nothing to not like.

The property is in an ideal location and easy to enter, park, walk to town. Meals are very nice! I was a shame to not have more patrons using the restaurant as I believe staff would appreciate the business and demonstrate their pride for preparing nice meals. Eduardo was incredibly kind!! The beds are not the best. We both experienced sore back muscles due to hard beds, a separation between us.

Delightful property, clean and neat. Check in could be more informative. Breakfast was quite good. Maybe turn on the heat in rooms on cold nights.

Easy access with very good parking. Convenient walk into town. Only stayed one night and it was a good value for what we needed.

A bit “tired” but perfectly fine for a short stay.

We arrived after travelling for 24 hours and the hotel was able to give us a room earlier than the check in time. Very close to the port area, easy access to restaurants.

Expensive for what it was and a massive difference in welcome in Spain having travelled through Portugal. Very unfriendly staff at breakfast and not that great at reception either.

The evening meals are now fine dining so food is minimal, still hungry after a 3 course meal was a lot better a year ago. Having to now pay for parking for motorcycles. Sorry will not be back to this hotel

Stunning hotel just a few minutes walk from the centre. A really lovely setting with gardens & a fabulous spa which we had to ourselves (in late September) - great value. Wish we’d been staying longer.

This is a very nice hotel, close to the centre of Llanes. We only stayed a couple of nights. Everything was as expected. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was very good.

We travelled on motorcycles and left our bikes in a secure area, under cover, at the side of the hotel. I don't think the bikes were very secure as it was possible to ride out past the side of the barrier.

Very pleasant room.Good selection at breakfast.Well situated. Two minutes from main auto route and an easy, seemingly safe, ten minute walk into the centre of Llanes.

Restaurant seemed a little expensive.Windowless bathroom would have benefited from an extractor fan.

Comfortable, close to center

No Restaurant Saturday night ( we have a wedding so you'll have to walk into town). Sunday night we booked a table in the restaurant but were then told we couldn't have a drink before! So we cancelled our table and walked into town again.

The bed could have been more comfortable and the room was small

- fabulous location - very clean bright room - appreciate toiletries - it was wonderful to see Lordes again after so many years we knew her in Tenerife more than 10 years ago!

- no air con it was quite warm but we were able to open the window for fresh air
