The hotel overlooks the freeway which is a shame.Lengthy walk to town and you need to drive to the beach.

Lovely large comfortable room and bed - we had a studio so basic cooking facilities too

Breakfast looked a bit tired so we went out

Friendly, good location, exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated. Our two dogs were made welcome! Very close to Picos to Europa and on route to Santander.

We loved the age and history of the property and the beautiful garden full of fruit trees. We didn't mind the half hour walk into town as it was through the village and along easy roads. The hotel would be perfect if it wasn't possible to hear the noise of the motorway throughout the night.

As said, the motorway noise at night was disturbing. It was necessary to have the windows open as there was no air conditioning. The breakfast was good in quantity if lacking in fresh bread.

The hotel is a charming family run place and comprises of a typical Asturian country house and a modern aparthotel building . We were in the apartments and they were very spacious with large comfortable beds and lovely views of the orchard garden and the mountains. Breakfast is good value for money . The hotel is situated about 2 km out of town but its a pleasant 20 min walk or a 6 euro taxi ride into the lovely little town of Llanes.

The studio apartment was immaculately clean and the decor in pristine condition.The gardens, parking, breakfast and staff were excellent

The kitchenette should have offered a kettle, in my opinion.

Very nice room in a stylish building a few minutes drive outside of Llanes. Easy check-in, on-site free parking, nice reception area and communal lounge, and very nicely furnished and equipped room.

Quite a distance out of town at top of steep hill with no bar or restaurant so a lot of walking to get anywhere.

This place was beautiful clean comfortable and I would highly recommend it. Had the best breakfast ever.

Large room with lounge area, dressing area and totally separate bathroom within the apartment.Very comfortable bed and on a personal point, firm pillows which I like.Great location just off the motorway. But no motorway noise.Very pleasant and attentive reception staff.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Very surprising for the quality of hotel. Breakfast if you choose the option is across a small courtyard. This was okay for my stay as the weather was lovely. However if it was raining that would have been a different matter.
