Exceptional cleaningness, friendly and helpful staff, good location.

Great location, next to the beach and the thermal baths in the sea, always clean, very large and comfortable rooms and bed. The staff was really friendly, ready to give you information and to help you out. Value for money. Also really close to Chora, restaurants and more beautiful beaches. Great place to stay!

The bathroom is a little bit small. But overall that's not a problem.

Exceptionally clean. Afrodity the owner of the facility was very welcoming and friendly and willing to offer suggestions for best places to eat within the proximity and other towns. Originally we requested a room with balcony and view to the waterfront but these rooms were already booked. It was a welcoming surprise to find out once we arrived that there was a cancelation and Afrodity reserved that room (with balcony and view to the waterfront) for us at no extra cost.She went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met.

The bathroom was tight but that is common in greece.

We enjoyed 3 nights at this lovely little guesthouse. Our balcony had a sea view and the location was excellent, near the beach and many restaurants, bars and bakery. The owner was lovely and organised transfers for us from the port and back.

The owner was very polite and helpful. The place was clean, good size room, easy to find it. It was very easy to find parking in the area. Also has lots of restaurants and very safe for families with children and the beach was good.

Only the mattress was little hard for my back.

Clean room, modern decoration, the building seems quite new.

Very expensive for the size of the room, and the quite noisy spot. Stressful check-out, no flexibility when we just asked some more minutes to leave the room a bit later (even if they actually cleaned it for the next customer 2 hours later). In a small family place like this, you expect some human behavior and understanding, especially when they charge a tiny room a fortune.

The hotel is very conveniently placed near the seaside and just 20 meters from bars and restaurants. We have very much appreciated our host who has done everything to meet our needs. I warmly recommend the place to everybody who is visiting the island of Kythnos.

The location was great, close to the thermal baths of Kythnos and with a sea view from the balcony.

It's too expensive for what it is, plus it was really noisy, there were people shouting and talking on the stairs all morning.

The host was extremely welcoming. The room was lovely and clean. The bed was large and very comfy. There was room service everyday and we were given some tasty home made orange jam. It was very peaceful and in a great location next to the beach and restaurants. There is some nice books you can also borrow. I would highly recommend this accomodation and would come back again.

There was nothing we didnt like and we were very happy with our stay.
