Amazing location, cleanliness, and staff.

Very close to the beach and everything was within walking distance. Room was a perfect size

Room comfortable. Bathroom clean and tidy. Breakfeast nice.

We had booked 2 twin rooms. One of the rooms was great but we had to request a change of rooms for the second one as there was a foul smell from the bathroom. The staff were very accommodating, and the next room was spacious and it had a balcony. A lovely room.

The rooms were lovely and spotless, but the stair carpet let's the whole building down. It needs to be replaced ASAP.

Close to the city beach and majestic cliffs, easy walking to restaurants and delightful cafes nearby. Parking available close to hotel and not too expensive for an overnight stay.

Difficult to drive to with one way systems and pedestrian streets. Quite noisy as room overlooked street. There was a cafe associated with the hotel but it only served a full buffet breakfast so we had to go elsewhere for coffee and croissants

A nice clean cheerful room overlooking the street with a beach and ocean view. It is central to all attractions with the taxi pick up nearby. The staff were very helpful and polite with recommendations and directions. A good breakfast in a garden view breakfast room.

I was unaware that dogs are welcome here or I would not have booked this hotel. I and other guests were woken at 3am by an unattended barking dog across the hall. I also have reservations about how clean a room can be after dogs have been sleeping in it and on the beds.The air conditioning in my room was totally inadequate and with a noisy restaurant bar below me. I endured several hot sleepless nights during my five nights stay.

Very good and central location, close to the beach and many restaurants, possible to walk everywhere. Friendly staff. We got upgraded to a room with balcony towards the south which was nice. Enough space in room, clean and modern. They had a storage room for our bikes which was good.

There is no AC in the room so it gets very hot (even in beginningof October), especially since we had a room facing south. The outside blinds had to be manually taken up and down and were barely working so we only took them up late in the afternoon. It would be good to have a fan at least.We had the balcony door open all night to get som fresh air at night but was still warm. Quiet outside at night but gets noicy in the morning (which is expected from a central location).

superb location, friendly, helpful staff, room good

The lady at the reception was gorgeous. She was so warm and welcoming and helpful- there was no air con so she took 2 fans up to our room, was helpful with where to go around town and advice around parking. The room itself was perfect. Really clean and spacious for us with our baby and dog. Huge beds and great bathroom facilities.

The only downside was the noise in the morning- you could hear the bin trucks and delivery vans from 6.30am. I suppose it’s expected if you’re staying on the Main Street though..

Location was great, the reception staff were very pleasant.Early arrival, bag drop off room.

Basically a glorified hostel , cleaning was ok but in desperate need of a refurb.I wouldn't be keen on my wife travelling alone here- seems really transient .

Receptionist was very nice, spoke good English and gave us recommendations.Room was very clean and good getting a fridge.

It was very noisy at 6am, deliveries getting done at the back of property which woke us up and seemed to go on for roughly an hour.

Parking was a nightmare and the hotel itself was tired.

Location is incredible (though if arriving by car, check road closures as we were caught out by that); staff were great as well with looking after us and providing recommendations. Room was comfortable and the one we had was spacious.

We had a challenge with getting there (road closures); though when we called the Hotel they helped with directions to the best carpark (25 Euro a day from memory). Everything else was great though.
