    Cons -

    • Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Do not stay here!!! No staff on site, room wreaked of smoke and urine, couldn’t safely open the windows, no lock on door, people fighting all night in the room next door, filthy, huge hole in bathroom wall, mold and grime everywhere. Broken glass in parking lot. We feel very deceived by booking. Oh and with no staff on site, check in was an awful experience. Broken glass in parking lot and in a sketchy area.
    • It was a building site nearly every room was being refurbished. You had to go next door to the Campomile hotel to get the key. That hotel was also being refurbished absolute shambles. The hotel should not have been open or advertised on your site , an absolute disgrace.
    • The room had only one small wall light with a dim bulb which gave it a cave like feel. The bathroom was similar to those on a ferry - only worse! The condition of the room was dreadful - skirting boards falling off, the door would not close properly. The quality of the bedding/towels was absolutely awful. I would avoid unless you are desperate. We encountered two different reception staff, both of whom would be more suited to a non-customer facing role within the company. The breakfast leaves me speechless - and not in a good way.

    The location

The room was a joke, the shower room was cramped and everything was years out of date. They don’t even provide basics like soap or shampoo. There were workers outside all night and we had very little sleep due to the constant noise. We had been given no warning about this. We would not recommend this accommodation and certainly don’t agree with the name, as PREMIERE is definitely misleading!

    Not alot to like

People up all night talking outside sleeping in cars next to busy main road very noisy breakfast was poor no toaster jam an bread rooms are dark like been in a prison cell!

Hotel was so bad. Room and bathroom was very small and not cleaned. There wasn't any toilet rolls, soap and shampoo in the toilet. Everything in the room was so dirty. Staff was so rude. They even didn't bother to change the bedsheets. Blanket and bed sheets were so dirty and smelly. There were dust and sand on the beds.On the whole, everything was so bad. It was very bad experience.

Nothing at all. All things were so bad.Waste of money. Nothing was comfortable..

    Good location for airport

Very basic motel. For similar price we could have had a room in a much nicer hotel a bit further away

    Not much to be liked.

Status of the property, standard of the property, the fact that people were openly smoking drugs. The property was noise polluted and impacted on our sleep. From your bed you felt the vibrations from vehicle travelling on the main road. One of the rooms had no towels for consumption.

Plenty of parking.Very good air-conditioning. The staff were helpful and friendly. It's a bit out of town, but you can get a no.5.bus into town from just outside the location.

Looks ugly. The shower was tiny ( but worked well)Very close to the airport so plane noise was very loud.

    1MariamaPosted on: 6-23-2025

The location is close to the bus station and half-way to major cities (Bayonne, Anglet and center of Biarritz)

The room was not clean at all. No doors on toilet, only curtain to separate it 70 cm from the bed. Very rude staff. Rooms are located outside of the main entrance area and are exposed straight to the road.

    Close to airport.

Paid in advance on the booking.com app when I got there I had to check in via a machine which charged me again. After putting a complaint in and the hotel promised me a refund it was sent to a card that was not mine. Every time I chased this up I was asked to provide information I had already provided. In the end I had to go through a chargeback through my credit card for the refund of the additional payment. It's not a particularly nice hotel either.

Didn’t like anything about the property the place was filthy they did offer us another room but there was no way we was going to stay there regardless

It looked like something from a horror movie I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here absolutely disgusting we ended up staying somewhere else.

    7ParisaPosted on: 6-14-2025

The bed and the price of the room.

The place for smoking was juxtaposed to our room. We smelled the odeur of cigarettes.Neighbours were not respectful and they were so noisy till three O'clock in the morning. The table outside the room Was full of broken glasses and we did not see it when we sat there to take our breakfast.

Price very good staff particularly the guy on our arrival

    The weather

    3DarrenPosted on: 5-8-2025

    Not good

Noisy men in the next room from 2am to 4am. They smoked weed in the room setting off fire alarm which took out the electricity so I had no lights etc. The acrid smoke entered my room causing me breathing difficulties. I complained online about this to the Hotel chain and Booking.com but didn’t have a response from either

Hotel was mouldy and dirty with bugs crawling out the wall, we left and didn’t stay the night.
