Cabin was fine, clean and tidy ideal for an over night stay

The decor in the room needs attention, although there was coffee facilities we had to put the kettle on the floor and there was no milk. We booked because it said it had parking, unfortunately this has to be pre booked but there is an underground car park behind the hotel

The room was very small, they charged an extra 40 euros for two small dogs without providing anything for them, i.e. water bowl, bed etc, the room around the side of the bed was very very narrow. There was a strange motor noise that went off every 20 minutes.The young receptionist in the morning was very nice and friendly and made up for the other staff.

It definately was not value for money, it was like staying in a overpriced london hotel.

It is not. Beachfront as advertised. Hotel reception ok. Carpets on stairs up to rooms full of stains. Bannisters need painting. Room floor is unbelievable. Needs a revamp and expensive for what it is

The host was fabulous. Very helpful and informative.

It said that parking was available but this was in an underground car park around the back of the hotel. This had a height limit which meant we were unable to get into it and the struggled to park. This information would have been helpful.

It’s a good location. Nothing else.

The rooms are basic but clean. The walls are paper thin so expect noise from other rooms. We had a few guys in a room near us. It felt like they were in the room with us!Our room was on a fairly main road so expect noise from there too.

Very pleasant lady who managed the hotel, courteous and helpful.

We saw notices saying that the hotel was shortly due to close for refurbishment! Long overdue refurbishment.

Location was excellent. It was clean & had all we needed. It was small but most European hotels are.

Receptionist was lovely and helpful. Location fantastic and room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Bonus is they accept dogs.

Amazing room with terrace! Bed extremely comfortable and sheets so soft! Staff really friendly, we didn’t get breakfast included as there are some really nice breakfast places nearby and if you want to save you can go to the many bakeries for a nice snack!! Location a direct road to the beach. Great value for money and we got to drink wine on the terrace. The only thing we had to triple check on was the toilet roll but the staff cleaned our room everyday very well. We will be back :)

It’s noisy as it’s on a main road but the traffic in Biarritz is not mad compared to other destinations. So it doesn’t interrupt the experience.

Super easy check in : we were very late due to traffic and arrived only after 10pm, messaging was easy to communicate and staff easy to accommodate with self check in. Very central location, very clean and amazing terrace/balcony where we could enjoy our very late take out dinner instead of eating burgers and fries in the room. Very clean and comfortable bed and pillows (and enough pillows per person, very important detail, we’re capricious enough to enjoy 2 pillows per person, so thanks!)Great value for price!
