Great location ! Spacious oversized room with every amenity. Helpful staff!

The hotel was in the perfect location for our visit to Biarritz nothing was overlooked. We had a large spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. And parking onsite.

The staff were very welcoming and nice, did us an upgraded as we required two twin beds. It was very nice of them! The restaurant for breakfast was really good too and breakfast options decent. The view is absolutely incredible from the rooftop! The ocean is magnificent, and I can only imagine how lovely it is there during spring/summer

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable for my liking - the softer one was tooo big and it orthopedic one was a bit too high, but that is just my thing.

We received an upgrade, and had a balcony! The restaurant and bar were great, fantastic service and view. The location was ideal for exploring the town /beach.Comfy bed and spacious room.

Breakfast on the final day, was chaotic super busy and items not restocked. But breakfast on the other 2 days were exceptional.

The restaurant was very frustrating. The breakfast setup was so annoying. The layout results in continuous queues, and the sand on the floor didn't help. The layout doesn't support kids to get their own breakfast (cereal at the back of the shelf and milk not next to cereal). The juice bottles are in the primary walkway resulting in queues getting to and from seats and also staff trying to restock food. The reception to the restaurant puts you straight into the queue for food, so queuing to get in, then queueing to get to your seat, to queuing to get your breakfast. Food quality was good and staff were great, no complaints there.

Absolutely gorgeous property overlooking the ocean. Rooftop has a pool and bar/restaurant (where breakfast is served) with amazing views of the city and bay. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace is amazing and well worth the extra cost. There’s a beach nearby (down a long hill) that’s only swimmable at low tide. Also a short walk through town to other beaches. There are other hotels in town that are likely closer to the beach (not in terms of distance but height-wise as this one is on a bit of a cliff) but I don’t know that they are as luxurious as this one. So it’s a bit of a balancing act but you can’t go wrong with La Talaia. Tip: most of the beaches in Biarritz have big waves but there’s one in the middle (can’t remember the name) that’s sheltered so it has very calm water that’s great for kids.

Balconies would be nice but not available in this building. But view is still amazing.

Told we couldn’t have dinner and the restaurant was fully reserved for the following 3 nights. Obviously trendy restaurant not for the guests more for others. Pool very small and all beds taken very early. Very slow front desk - they couldn’t manage. Sports room rubbish.

Newly refurbished and stunning. Ideal hotel for a trip to Biarritz. The rooftop restaurant and bar was amazing, food was incredible. The views from the rooftop were incredible too. It’s a short walk into town. We loved the rooftop pool also. Staff were really helpful and accomodating.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is brand new, with spectacular facilities, the best location, and incredible service. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Biarritz. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so special.

Beautifully renovated and decorated. Generous family room. Perfect location for the village market, restaurants and shops, and beaches.

Still undergoing renovations and upgrades so many facilities advertised weren’t available. Staff appeared a little confused about how to handle guests requests for services.

Nice big rooms, newly renovated

There is no room service when restaurant is closed. I wanted to order beer to my room and the staff told me that they can’t because restaurant is close)it was around 11 am. There is no mini bar at all. Every day the hotel charged me some amounts and could not explain why. Tell me that they don’t have any details. Finally they confirmed that the amount was hold and said that they don’t have access to it. It took 3 days to convinced the reception do something

Beautiful hotel with very nice interior design, great rooftop restaurant and swimming pool. The location is very good, close to the main street with restaurants and to the beach. The view from the restaurant is really amazing. Rooms very modern and nice.

You can see that hotel still requires to finish some renovation works. It came out for example that our room had issue with door and they were not closing… Parking is also not finished and has quite a difficult access. This is a little bit tricky when you compare it to the price.

We had the honor to be among the first guests staying at this property, the 3rd night after its re-opening. We had to count on rendered images of the architectural plan. There wasn't any actual picture nor any guest review available. the place didn't let us down. It is beautifully designed with a local chic. The family room was spacious and beautiful. the rooftop is extraordinary with the Pool, bar and restaurant. The stuff was super attentive although it was the first days of its operation and all was very new. location is highly convenient, just a few steps from the lively town center.

Nothing. I am happy to came back again at the first chance.

Comfy clean rooms with helpful and friendly staff

The ongoing construction. I booked it as a spa hotel but the spa isn’t functioning so felt very miss sold and would not have paid that much if I’d known
