Customer service was great

Not having any soap or shampoo first when you get to the room u, it would be nice to provide at least a bar of soap

Good location at Biarritz city center, and near the bus stop Saint-Charles Marne, bus T1 travels to Bayonne in 30 mins. Good beds, clean, quiet, cheap. We had a good holiday at this hotel.

The bedrooms are clean

The furniture are so old and need to be renewed. Living room and kitchen are not the ones showed in the pictures.

Near to shops and beach the receptionist was really nice and helpful.

The baby chair was really old and uncomfortable , check out at 10 am so early with a baby.

Location and pool

Air conditioning poor. Fold out bed very uncomfortable. Very noisy for a couple of nights with adjacent appartment residents partying on balcony until 5 in morning, unable to complain as reception unmanned at night. Note you will have to make bed linen up on arrival and strip everything before you leave. This isn't stated on booking.

Fantastic room layout, spacious and clean. Great location near beach.

Nice location. Few meters walk to the center, supermarkets and restaurants. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Self check in with instructions was very helpful. The apartment is a little bit small and has a weird smell. They are strict that requires deposit and needs to inspect the apartment before checking out. Sometimes heater runs out and internet fails but just need to restart the wifi. They require you to pull all the sheets, towels in one laundry bag , take out garbage and clean kitchen before checking out which takes a lot of time. So if you need to catch a flight or train make sure to set aside a time. Good thing we only had to stay for 2 nights and most of the time we're out so if apartment is too small it's really just for sleeping.

Great location and very central

The only thing that let down the hotel was a bad odour out side my room and inside the room they need air freshener inside the apartment and outside apartment too, they also never changed our the towels that were very thin over 3 days.

location is good as everything in the city is close

1. There’s a cleaning fee of 55 euros not included in the price. However, even then you pay it, they still have some crazy cleaning rules that the guests should ensure. We needed to put our bedsheets and towels into some bag, clean the dishes. And when we wanted to check out, we needed to wait for the staff to check our room. They checked and asked us to come back and throw out our trashes. That doesn’t make sense to me when you pay 55 euros for the cleaning and the staff still can’t trow one bag of trash for you. 2. So basically we just wasted one hour cleaning for them (even if we paid for cleaning :)) and they still had pretty early check out time at 10am.
