A great spot before starting the camino and getting over jet lag ! Very easy to get to from the Biarritz airport and very centrally located - can walk everywhere.

I received a warm welcome from the owner of the hotel, she's so kind and helpful, the other two receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, spacious, very clean, quiet, and bed very comfy. Excellent location in the city centre, just a few minutes to the beaches... the stay was marvellous and unforgettable! Thanks very much. I definitely would like to come back and strongly recommend !

Everything was perfect, the location of the hotel was within walking distance to everywhere , the facilities were great, breakfast was lovely and the owners/staff were absolutely fabulous. We would highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

Beds so comfortable, very close to city but good distance so that room was quiet at night, shower was divine, Jaques welcomed us on check in and he was so helpful, can’t fault it!

Very pleasant & friendly family hotel. Great location - in Biarritz city centre - close to all facilities & sea. The room was medium size & very clean. The owner was extremely welcoming & helpful. Very good value family hotel. we would definitely stay there again and would have no hesitation recommending it.

Absolutely everything! The property is charming. The location is great and you can walk everywhere. Delphine is the perfect host. The warm welcome we received was heartwarming She made us feel so welcomed

Such a nice hotel!!!! It's beautiful, close to the center, but the best thing about this hotel was the staff! They were so friendly and helpful! We've stayed here twice now, and if we go to Biarritz again we'll definitely want to stay there again!

The booking and stay were amazing! Very prompt responses and friendly, accommodating staff. They upgraded my room and even lent me a plug. The suite was excellent in terms of size, decor, cleanliness, amenities (coffee, teas, organic bath items, couch, TV, etc.). It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was great, walking distance in a few minutes to the Tourism Office, La Plage or beach, downtown, restaurants, even police station. I loved my stay and will definitely go back! They have a rooftop area with views of the town. There's elevator.

I personally sleep with earplugs so I can't hear a thing, but when not wearing them, the noise from the hallway is audible, though not terrible.

Very central location. The owners and staff were very friendly. A tastefully decorated boutique hotel.Wonderful home made brioche.

The warm welcome and explanation of location etc was very helpful with quality toiletries and coffee and refreshments

We were only there 1 night and did not find anything we didn’t like .

Super friendly staff who welcome you to the property and escort you to your room.

Family hotel very well situated , close to the city center , still in a quiet street .Staff is very attentive and caring .Great breakfast with delicious home-made cake and local products .
