Hôtel Jules Verne Biarritz

friendly staff , coffee and tea service in rooms with free filtered water food was good as well

Staff were great and helpful

The classic twin room was very good, but a bit small

The proximity to the centre of town was a big plus. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel also had its own car park, which was a big bonus.

It was a budget hotel, but no complaints really.

The personal was very polite and understanding, room clean and cozy. I was pleased by small gifts like candies, juice and bakery.

There wasn’t bathroom door in usual understanding. There was glass door like in wardrobe and it was not very comfortable

Great location clean rooms nice bed and excellent staff

The rooms are nice and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our window had a view, which was relaxing. The hotel is about 12 minutes away from bars and restaurants and a block away from a supermarket. We hope we may come back soon!

Excellent location, very quick walk into town but much quieter than other hotels closer to the beach and shops. On-site parking also made life much easier!

Breakfast excellent Staff helpfulRoom fully equipped

Parking charges are well hidden on booking formCity tourist tax not seen on booking formRoom very small despite it being an upgraded room

It was wonderful overall. The theme and the interior/exterior design felt authentic and unique. It was walking distance to the center.

The coffee machines at the breakfast were unacceptable. This is the only reason I’m not giving it full points. The cappuccinos came out as hot chocolate and the espressos were terrible quality even for a coffee machine.

Very helpful staff. Nice quiet location. Good breakfast choice.

Clean and comfortable. Super, high quality breakfast buffet. Great heated pool. Few minutes walk to town center and the seaside

Nice hotel well located.

Very small spare and basic room.

Quiet clean and helpful staff. Plus, the swimming pool was great.

I like the location as it was near to the supermarket and the bus stop, it has a very relax vibe in the hotel, we did not take breakfast as we rise late but when we did not have enough tea and sugar the staff were very obliging and gave us some more, the room was very clean and modern, spacious and more than we expected, nice products for the shower which were a bonus and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Nothing, it was all up to my expectations and more.

Everything, room, pool, location, just WONDERFUL

Nothing, was perfect

Good location, nice pool

Staff didn’t seem to bothered

Breakfast was ok. We were disappointed by the room in that on our first night the sheets were torn. We asked for them to be changed and the got a sheet that didn’t fit the bed. The shower flooded the bathroom so we had to use towels to mop it up. They only replaced with one towel for the next day. And, we weren’t given milk for drinks until we asked. Finally we weren’t disappointed that there wasn’t a single English speaking channel on the tv and the smart tv facility didn’t work. Not good enough for the price paid.

The space, lounge area and breakfast.

Convenient location to the city and beaches, with helpful and friendly staff
