location was nice

We were cat-fished on this hotel! Pictures and Star rating lead us to a terrible room and experience. the bed was a fold out couch! Room was out-dated and icky, and overall it was a drag on our vacation. DO NOT BOOK!

Narrow beds located up in a mezzanine with very narrow and steep dangerous staircase!

Location overlooking the ocean. Staff was friendly. Free parking.

Very dated. Curtains were moldy, walls damaged, furniture old.

The property is located very close to great beaches. The staff was great and very helpful! The kids enjoyed the pool and mini-golf.

The property is very dated, the beds and bedding are not comfortable. I believe we got an older apartment - some of the other apartments looked more updated. However, for the price, it was very serviceable and convenient.

The views, the staff, and the location were amazing. My only complaint is that there were a lot of critters in our room. Tons of little flies in the bathrooms, and many spiders (5 at least in the living room). If you don’t mind the little friends, it was a pleasant stay. I can’t say enough about the staff, though. They were so helpful and friendly. They made us a reservation at a rooftop hotel, called us a taxi, and explained everything thoroughly both in English and another in Spanish.

I’m slightly afraid of spiders and there were some in the living room ?

The location was good. We walked to beaches easily! The pool was nice.

They had no air conditioning & it was pretty warm. The front desk is not always open, so we had to wait a bit for the key.

Great location overlooking the sea and an easy walk into the old town. The pool and free on site parking were a bonus. The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful enough. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The kitchen area was very cramped and could be better equipped-there was no chopping board, the cups were tiny. No dish towels or cleaning products.

Nice residence along the shore with a beautiful view. Residence is simple, clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Parking space may be too short when you arrive late. Outside stairs need urgent repair.

Enough space for one person or a couple, big bathroom. The sofa bed was okay. Big balcony.

The dishes from the „kitchen“ were not clean and in generell everything is slightly run down considering the price. Also, you can hear people on the corridor and your neighbours.

The view was amazing. The ocean, the swimming pool. I did not expect the swimming pool to be open so this was a good surprise. The staff was absolutely adorable, super friendly and welcoming. This is definitely the best point of this residence. They have to cherish their staff.

Right in front of the beautiful scenery, we had a rusty excavator and rusty dump trucks. They came to park at 5 pm, spoiling the beautiful view and they started to work at 7AM, digging soil and emptying it on the trucks. Super ugly and noisy. Of course, this is not the property fault, but since the diggers are on their property, it should be possible to ask them not to start their work at 7am, and to park further down, so they are out of sight for holiday makers. Why not?We rented a studio for one night, there was no soap (I did not expect this), no hair dryer. In the morning, we had to undo the beds and put all linen in bags. I think if it is to be rented on a one night basis, they should think of offering the service of a basic hotel. the price was surely well above the price of a hotel. Even though we were 2 people and I asked for 2 beds, only one bed was made.

The location is excellent, near the beach.

The rooms are a bit small. The sofa-bed is okay.

Nice location overlooking the sea. We did eventually get a nice apartment only because the patio door on the studio apartment wouldn't open. We eventually go an apartment with one bedroom a sofa bed and children's room with two bunk beds up a steep stair ladder.

Firstly when we arrived at 3pm on Sunday 29th September, reception was closed. Key provided in safe with a code. In the studio apartment the patio door wouldn't open. No window so we couldn't cook in our self catering apartment in case the smoke alarm went off. Very small apartment for two people. The sofa bed took up most of the space. No air conditioning No ventilation. We had to leave the apartment door open as the temperature was 26 degrees. All shops closed in the area on Sunday except a bakery. Next morning I went to the receptionist to report that the patio door wouldn't open only to be told that the technician would have to be called. This apartment obviously was not checked to make sure it was suitable for customers before we arrived. I requested another apartment and had to pay €80.00 extra. We had to do our own recycling of rubbish. Bottle bank was a ten minute walk away from the accommodation. They held my card details in case I left the kitchen dirty I spent my holiday cleaning couldn't relax. Not really a holiday in my opinion. Sorry I never give bad reviews but this was beyond belief. I asked the receptionist where the nearest restaurant was and I was given a map with a number of restaurants half an hour walk up a hill from the accommodation. We found a restaurant ourselves across the road two minutes walk away beside another hotel. Why were we not told about this restaurant. My husband just happened to be looking out the window late one night and saw people going in and out . We are in our mid sixties and needed places close by.

the location of the apartment is great.the apartment is ok, nothing great about it.The staff are really good people and helpful.

the rules they have for checking out for us, aren't working. before leaving you have to do all the cleaning of the apartment with limited supplies that are provided. on the check out sheet they provide is asked to separate the trash, war we believe is the right thing to do but inside the apartment there is just one trash can, and no proper space were to place recycling, there should be the proper facilities as other places provide We found dirty dishes and towels... That means that the previous guests and the review of the apartment and final cleaning is not adequate.

The location was excellent The staff were very friendly and helpful. We paid supplement to secure a (partial) sea view and would do that again if we return. The apartment was adequately equipped and met our needs for a week's holiday.

The WiFi signal in the apartment was poor.

The receptionist was extremely pleasant and chatty and had exceptionally good English

Nothing......everything was fab. Would definitely like to visit again

The location, the sunsets and being in an apartment were my favourite things.

The apartment was clean but the sofa could do with a deep clean.
