It was in a great location-on the sea front & within a fabulous pedestrian shopping precinct . It was a nice blend of lively cafe & quiet hotel and the staff all very welcoming

Lovely Hotel - improved since our last visit some years ago. Our room was perfect for our six night stay and we had an awesome view over the ocean. We ate in the dining room twice during our stay and can recommend it heartily.

Price of breakfast is always difficult to accept when all you want is coffee and croisants - we had breakfast out.

Spacious, classy room with nice beds and great facilities (our room had a steam room)The ocean view was spectacular. Breakfast in our room was great, fresh products, good coffee and served right on time.

The hotel does not have their own parking facilities, however, a public garage a right below the hotel.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Couldn't fault anything except the breakfast was a bit poor. Waited a long time to be served. Very limited hot food available, only scrambled or fried eggs. Was never offer the trout or ham.

The view from the room was fantastic. The staff were lovely. The meal in the restaurant was great too. The location is right in the very heart of Biarritz.

Having to walk through the busy inside café with our suitcases to get to the lift was slightly off putting . It was also not that simple (via the rental car's sat nav, nor using Google Maps) to find the closest car park to the hotel. I did try to follow the instructions provided by the hotel, and still not confident that I found the right one.

The location was superb view terrific with the Atlantic waves crashing on the beach

Only a few steps away from beach, local hot spots, shopping and great food. You really don’t need to have a car. Our room was perfect for family of three. This hotel is amazing

The hotel is in a wonderful location, right on the waterfront. The staff were lovely and friendly. The morning breakfast was delicious. We loved everything!

Gorgeous sea view and in the centre of Biarrtz - close proximity to everything you need. Would highly recommend.
