Rooms and bathrooms a bit tired. Needs a refurb

Great Staff,really,really tired hotel for a 5 star and an expensive hotel,drinks the most expensive we have had in France[we were at the 5 star Intercontinental Grand in Bordeaux the week before.which was amazing for less]The Valet Parking staff were superb.

My sea view was great. Location is great. Staff were great. We will defiantly be returning.

The food, the service, the surroundings...

The outdoor pool was unfortunately not hot enough to have a long comfortable swim in the stunning surroundings. I made a suggestion to the hotel that they have an outdoor jacuzzi that would be heated. Then one could sit in the hot jacuzzi, no matter the weather, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. An outdoor bar on top of that would make that experience even more amazing. A Swedish/Finnish/ sauna next to the hot tub would be the icing...

The staff

The rooms need refurbishing and the rest of the hotel needs overall maintenance. The hotel room was dusty and the carpet was stained and dirty. The room smelt musty and weird.

Location , facilities ( loved the outdoor pool ) and friendly and accommodating staff.

Room was large and dominated by an enormous bed which was actually just too large. There was no heated rail in our room meaning that wet towels and our wet swimming kit could not dry.

The staff were very helpful. The room was very quiet.

The bed was very soft.

Excellent location with Ocean view and wonderful staff and service!The receptionist and the concierge went out of their normal activities to track our lost luggage with Air France! Will be back!

Great location and services. We went with our newborn and the room had a cot, changing mat and baby bathtub ready. And we also brought our dog and there was a bowl, clean bed and toy for her.Everything is super clean and the swimming pool area is really nice, with amazing views. Lovely staff

We' d love if the dog could stay in the outdoor restaurant or the swimming pool area, but I understand this may be uncomfortable for some guests.

The furniture and decorations are old and in poor condition, the bathroom is very uncomfortable and very old.

The building is in poor condition and needs to be repaired urgently. The price paid does not correspond to what one receives.

From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable with a huge bed.Restaurant was absolutely superb and poolside service very good.

The room & balcony were quite run down for a 5* hotel. Shower over the bath rather than a full shower. The balcony was dirty with 2 very basic metal chairs & little table. The breakfast area was very cramped due to an event in the main dining area ( for all 4 mornings we were there).

Great location with fabulous sea views and easy walking distance to town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool area was really lovely.

The room and bathroom were a bit dated, and the exterior of the hotel showed a lot of wear and tear from the sea air. It could do with a spruce up, inside and out.

The location and view was magnificent. The hotels Spa facilities were first rate. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

The outdoor pool was closed for renovation. As this was a quick break to sunbathe and relax around the pool, it was very disappointing. To compensate we were upgraded without any fuss, and the staff did everything to make our stay fabulous.

The location was ideal. The property could use a little facelift. Staff was accommodating. Not sure that I would rebook.

Our room was very noisy as the windows didn’t close properly, the phone to reception didn’t work and neither did the coffee machine which was reported and nothing done.Having stayed in many Sofitel hotels before this was without doubt well below the usual standards!
