Not a 4 star hotel by American standards. Our room was moot like a closet.Location was great and they do a nice breakfast

Location is great and the view is breathtaking.Staff, especially the breakfast one is very kind and helpful. The room maid even reminded us of personal stuff left!

The bed. King or Queen are not supposed to be two one person beds stuck together !15€ charge for an hour late check out is a rip off…

We stayed at La Suite. Love the location, value, facilities, cleanliness and friendly staff. The room was superb and so was the breakfast. And it is pet friendly!

Everything was perfect. The only "problem" is/was that we were upgrated to room which is close to Hôtel Le Windsor Biarritz in Hôtel La Suite. They are beside each other and belong together. The hotel is close to beach area and in walking distance from everything. They had an elevator which went to same level with beach etc. Parking lot was close and easy to reach. If you travel to Biarriz this hotel is good choice.

the view of the water and the beach! the breakfast was amazing. the staff was incredibly helpful with restaurant suggestions and also gave us great advice on getting to San Sebastián for the day (the Topo train).

Amazing location by the beach and also right by a bus stop with really easy connection to the train station (or airport). Lots of shops, bars, restaurants nearby.Friendly staff who were happy to let us try and speak French!

We had a great stay. Clean room with view of the water and comfortable bed. Great location just off the beach and boardwalk. Enjoyed the breakfast as well - wide variety, lots of options.

All was great. Room was small with little space for our 2 suitcases, but smaller rooms typical on our travels in Europe.

Couldn't fault it.

Location is really good. Close to the centre and the beach. The staff are what really made it pleasant. Travelling alone, the friendliness of the staff can make or break a visit. Very friendly, and the breakfast was very good. Room was clean.

Slightly disappointed that my room view looked onto the wall of another building a couple of metres away and down to an alleyway with a lot of rubbish. The room was quite dark consequently. I sometimes wonder if lone travellers are deprioritised when travelling when it comes to room allocation. I pay the the same price that a couple would pay between them. Not woe is me :) but I do think it would be nice to think of that. My experience is as important (and I’m paying proportionally more). The sockets in my room stopped working so I couldn’t charge my phone. The reception did charge it for me though.

We actually stayed in La Suite next door as they upgraded us for free. Room was finished to a very comfortable standard and had a great bathroom and smart TV . Also had a coffee machine and USB chargers at each side of the bed.Bed was big and very comfortable . Breakfast was great and offered enough choice for all to enjoy.

Nothing was too much trouble and would highly recommend staying at La Suite

Beautiful property. Our seventh floor room had great views of La grande plage. Room was modern and clean, breakfast was fantastic.

Elevator is cramped but that is not uncommon for such buildings.

Property overall rate is very good, location, cleanliness, comfortable and very friendly staff

The price is a little expensive, that’s it

With the market the entrance was obscured and Google maps took us to back entrance with stairs

No shower!!

Good location

The room is very small. There is no kettle available. There are no plug sockets or a bedside table on one side of the bed. The bathroom smelt of sewage. No space to put luggage. The lift takes forever to arrive, we had very heavy luggage and ended up missing our taxi due to a 15min wait for the lift. All cutlery and glasses at breakfast were very dirty.
