This charming hotel is tucked away on a quiet street and retains many of the features of its history as a family home. It’s easy walking distance to the market and the shoreline. The room was lovely and quiet. The staff leaves at 2pm, so we didn’t meet Sylvie until the following morning- she was very friendly and helpful. We paid for breakfast, which was excellent and more diverse than usual for a small hotel- Sylvie makes the jam herself and it’s delicious!

The room was spacious compared to the usual French room sizes. Located right in the centre of Biarritz and close to beaches.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful.

Room 103 is a corner room with balcony. Good size. Location of hotel is excellent. Can walk to all the beaches, including Milady and the Lighthouse. Parking is in nearby underground Centre at 25 Euro per day. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Maintenance in room was not upto expectations, fridge and air-conditioning did not work. This did not bother us as we opened the windows and did not need the fridge, but might others.

The room we picked didn't have an air-con but we were aware of it. They offered us us a different room but we took the one without air-con hoping we could have a window open but the street noise was too loud so it was a little hot in the room. But again not the hotel's fault.

This boutique hotel is well located and the staff are very friendly. The room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely exceptional – friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

Unfortunately, there were a few things that could be improved. Some items were broken, such as part of the shower, which made it difficult to use it fully. The air conditioning was also a bit noisy, though not loud enough to prevent us from sleeping.

Great location in the centre, walking distance to everything. Friendly staff and the room was clean, comfy and and quiet. Perfect for an one-night stopover. Very close to a bus-stop that takes you to / from the airport in about 20 mins.

What a beautiful hotel, right in the middle of everything but so quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we’ve had, fresh and tasty.
