Restaurant at the hotel was better than expected, especially the service.

There was someone in the first room they gave us. This was quite disturbing.

Great location by the ocean well not far from it good views..great breakfast….

Air conditioning was turned off..for season….room very warm and it was still hot weather…and no fans available

Spotless and very new! Comfortable room with beautiful sea view. Wonderful young man at check-in was friendly and so helpful. Nice wait staff and the lady at reception was lovely.

Front desk staff not very welcoming and not helpful, everything seemed an effort. Room was very small hard to open suitcases and bathroom was small with awkward layout. Breakfast was nothing special. It was also a good 25 minute walk to the Venice town.

I have ordered two rooms without artificial perfumes but both rooms were loaded with horrible perfumes. After one night, I could not smell anything during the whole day. I ordered a taxi but this took 50 minutes to arrive. I almost missed my conference. The beach is far away, too far for a 20-30 minutes walk.

Biarritz in summer is expensive so probably value for money is okay but seemed a little overpriced for an Ibis. Room is a little simple with not much to it. It says the room is 47m (or something like that) but I am not sure if the balcony is included in that computation as the room did not feel that big. Overall the room was nice enough and depending on whether is overpriced against alternatives I would recommend.

Friendly staff especially reception area. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable as per Ibis norms.

It was very close to two surfing beaches which are amazing and a short walk to the main bathing beaches. The hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent.

The location is great for enjoying the Milady beach area. The room was clean and big, very quiet. Breakfast was good, with sweet and savoury options available. The property allows dogs for a fee and there's free parking outside.

The price is a bit steep overall.

A lovely clean hotel in a great location.Unfortunately as a coeliac, the restaurant and breakfast staff had no understanding of the need to prevent cross contamination. Gluten-free bread was provided firstly unwarmed from the fridge and secondly without protective packaging. When warmed, I had no confidence that cross-contamination had been avoided. Some of the evening restaurant staff were not able properly to identify suitable food for a coeliac.

Clean, modern, helpful staff. Nice and quiet after a hectic day in Biarritz.

Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The only small complaint was our room was hot and we couldn’t bring the temperature below 16. The staff were all lovely and helpful.

Renovated hotel and branded by Ibis Styles. Very fast check-in and check-out, no extra questions or comments but at the same time staff is always there and ready to help you. I got a comfort room and it was big enough, it had huge balcony with ocean view, comfy sofa and chair. Bed was nice. A/C worked well. Overall it was good. Breakfast was a little bit below expectations (previously I stayed at Ibis Styles at different location in France and it was much better there) but it is still an option as you'll get eggs, bread, cheese, ham, butter, jams, yogurt. The location of the hotel is right next to the ocean and with big parking and at the same time it's walking distance to the city center and restaurants (15-20 minutes to the center). Oh, and the restaurant at the hotel for dinners was amazing! Food was delicious, service was great.

Shower had mold in some places and was a little bit old fashioned. The breakfast room had sticky floor one day, very old tableware (seemed to be kept from previous hotel) and selection at the breakfast was quite limited. The tea at the breakfast was much better than coffee.

The room had lovely views and a great terrace we did select this type but it was better than expected. The room we a good size and so was the terrace, Bathroom and shower was brilliant.

Food choices in the restaurant as we are Gluten and Dairy free. Its difficult for French cooking. Perhaps they need to be ready its not that different.

Great stay, room was very clean, good shower and bed.

The showers are not on a thermostat so the temperature swung from scalding hot to freezing cold. Also the scrambled egg/bacon and vegetables were cold at breakfast. The honey and toast were great
