Taxi could not come to the hotel because of a restriction in the area. Staff was very helpful.

There should be bars in the shower for safety and the bar in the WC

Best location in the city. Amazing, friendly, approachable staff. Especially the receptionist was very helpful. Nice view from the balcony

Very small room.Check in and check out time.

It was small but such a perfectly dreamy location being on the town center plaza and looking out on the ocean from our little balcony. Everthing was very comfortable, however the toilet room doesn't vent out except for through the room, it doesn't flush very well, and the sink was clogged the entire stay. Now, I am not a big critic. It was my own fault for not telling the staff to fix the sink drain, but our time was more preciously limited that it was not worth it to us to complain. I have stayed there before, and I definitely will again.

This hotel has a fantastic location in Birarritz close to the beach, shopping and good restaurants.We didn´t have breakfast at the hotel, because we lived in a two room apartment with a small kitchen and therefore bought croceries at a local supermarket (Carrefour) and made our own breakfast.

We got the jr. suite and it was BIG! AC worked great too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is a 3 minute walk to the beach and lots shops and restaurants everywhere. Great Value!

Very small TV that’s far away from livingroom or bed. There isn’t a mini bar or stocked fridge. I also wish the hotel had provided beach towels whether to use or rent because we had to buy them only to leave them behind. Again overall this hotel was a great value and the staff was great!

Excellent location. Good view from the balcony. Good communication prior to visit about changes in car parking.

Booking,com detail said parking - this was public underground parking opposite which had a height restriction and therefore not suitable for my car - this should have been clear on the advert.

The location

Creepy, dirty carpet on the floors, overpriced.

Our room was located facing the central courtyard/roofs of buildings which suited us fine as it was nice and quiet.

We did not like the 'free drinks' in our bar fridge that was offered for the first night. When we arrived in our room the two beer bottles in the fridge were in fact empty! We ordered more and they did arrive promptly which was terrific. However, free drinks for the first night.... come on, 2 beers! What was I (a female) supposed to drink? I think a small bottle of wine should also have been supplied.

I was in the one bed apartment over a 5 day period. I booked this place because of the location, kitchen facilities and air conditioning. The location was great, however the ‘apartment’ was minimal in terms of facilities. The biggest shock was when i was told that I had to purchase dish soap and a wash towel to wash the dishes, this was not included in the ‘apartment’, which is absolutely ridiculous. Then the air conditioner was terrible, and when I went to the desk to tell therm (3x) that it was not working properly they went into a back room to “reset” it but not once offered to come to my room to check on the unit. It’s a split system not central air so not sure how they can sort this out without even looking at the unit! Not impressed, would not recommend.

Impossible to arrive by car in the evening, because the area was sealed of ... and the arrival instructions did not arrive on time... so we had to walk a long way with luggage as well ... and that for this price ! We asked for a discount but that was ignored

Really bad value for money, unless location is absolutely 100% your only priority. Small rooms. Toilet and shower split. No bedside tables. Only 1 outlet, and it was being used by the room phone. Really tight elevator.
