Location, charm, staff, garden area, breakfast. I Liene almost everything about this property.

The design and vibe are fantastic, but the real highlight is the staff, they’re all absolutely lovely! Special thanks to the Spanish night auditor and the amazing barmaid who made our cocktails on Friday night and then looked after us again for breakfast on Saturday and dinner that evening, she’s truly a gem. Also, a big shoutout to the young man who helped us with our car and luggage on Friday and Sunday. Overall, the most outstanding part of this hotel is the team itself. 200/100, simply exceptional! staff very helpful, delightful gardens associated with hotel, excellent location in centre and close to the sea front.understood there was a restaurant available but didn't seem to be open on the night we stayed, this is a recurring problem with Booking.com where restaurants are noted as being available but when you get there are often not open or closed for refurbishment or whatever. more a web site issue i think?

Very stylish hotel in an excellent location near Les Halles. A warm social vibe and a charming garden. very helpful staff. Room was large, comfortable and chic with the best shower room of our trip. Also good to have private parking on site.

The location of this hotel was perfect and had a lovely garden area . Everything within walking distance , and close to restaurants and opposite the market hall.

The room was a tad small - easily crowded with luggage.

The location was ideal, across from the market and a short walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. The hotel staff were so very helpful and friendly. Great with dining suggestions, taxis and local information. I would definitely stay here again

The staff were excellent and offered us help to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is in the heart of the town a skip and a jump away from the beach. The carpark was an added bonus right in the middle of the town.

We couldn’t book an extra nights stay as it was fully booked but in truth that was because it was such an excellent and popular hotel

The location was great. The restaurant staff was very nice.

The room we had only had one window. It smelled musty. It had an old futon in it that I didn’t want to sit on. Also breakfast was ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Also the room was not ready when we arrived.

Difficult to access, now in pedestrianised area with multiple barriers to navigate.

Lovely boutique feel hotel with nice rooms. Gorgeous garden and outside bar area. Nice bathroom and shower with quality linens and bathrobes. Our room had a lovely balcony. Location is superb right in centre of town. But rooms remain quiet. Transfers from airport less than 10 mins. Excellent bar with good selection of wines reasonably priced.

Free parking is limited and entrance is narrow. Whilst hotel has a kitchen the only provide breakfast and some bar snacks. But lots of local restaurants on the doorstep

Perfect in many ways … location .. central to so much - amongst restaurants , including a Michelin starred restaurant right near the front gates ( La Saleya ) The hotel itself has great food too. Situated across from the famous food market Les Halles , you can stroll through there and pickup anything to nibble on … fresh fruit, baguettes, cheese,wine etc … there is a great coffee place inside also Lobita which does flat whites just like Australia ( land of great flat whites!) A supermarket is across the street also. The central location means you can walk everywhere -the beaches are perfect to swim at & there are many to choose from. The hotel itself is gorgeous, beautifully decorated with a gorgeous garden area where you can relax , it’s such a retreat and quiet spot to unwind.The staff are really friendly and helpful. It really is a beautiful place to stay and enjoy all that Biarritz has on offer.

The parking is very tight so a general reminder to all guests that are parking ( or a sign in the car park) to park in the designated spots ( perhaps clearer marking of the bays too ) will help alleviate anger at inconsiderate drivers who take up two bays . Priority for the car park should be given to guests who are paying the 25 Euro per day to park.

Bed is not comfortable .... but staff try to solve the problem and make the best. We think the hotel needs to have new matrase , its solve these problem)))
