Stephanie was exceptionally friendly and helpful and ensured our stay was great, right down to on street parking advice. The location is breathtaking, 1 minute walk from the beach. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We left our charger and the maid took it to reception who promptly called us to collect it.

Hard to get parked but it was the start of the school holidays and it's in a PRIME location and we did manage to get parked

Perfect, clean and big room!! It was adapted to wheelchair and suitable also for kids. Great and friendly staff at an unbeatable location! Highly recommended!!

We spent three days here and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located right in the city centre, just a few minutes from the coast a perfect base for exploring Biarritz. The owner was very kind, helped with everything we needed, and gave us great recommendations.We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Biarritz.

The hotel with an excellent location fully met our expectations for an overnight stay during a business trip. Clean, warm, nice. Excellent value for money. Nice welcome and very helpful staff.

Clean & good location for staying in Biarritz

Rooms fairly small but fine for one night stay

The hotel itself was spotless, eco-friendly, and beautifully maintained, with a real attention to detail. Its location was perfect—so easy and accessible to the heart of the city, yet peaceful and relaxing when we wanted a quiet retreat.

We stayed for nine nights in early October. The owner Thiery is an exceptional, warm and welcoming host. We are both 81. He accommodated several of our needs and made it easy for us to explore all of Biarritz on foot (we are Americans, but no longer rent cars overseas). The Petit Plage is a two minute walk; great sunset views also a minute or two away; many restaurants;,los Halles market place less than 10 minute walk (uphill, but we got stronger).

Breakfast was good with variety of cereal yogurt fruit juices ham and cheese platter. As I'm coeliac they provided glutenfree toasted bread. Hotel was very quiet and comfortable.

Lovely owner, great location, comfy rooms and everything was very clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast spread. My expectations were surpased and I will be returning next time I come to Biarritz!
