Nice hotel and location for visiting Biarritz. Convenient unloading and loading just outside the hotel before taking car to the parking facility.

The hotel's location was great. It is right in the middle of Biarritz, close to everything (shopping street, beaches, marketplace, etc.). The hotel was very elegant and posh. The room and the bed were very comfortable. We especially appreciated the towel radiator in the bathroom. We'd like to stay at Hôtel Cosmopolitain next summer.

The room prices are a little steep, but this is true of all hotels in Biarritz, a popular summer destination. Nevertheless, this hotel was definitely better than our previous accommodations in Biarritz. Also, it was a bit difficult to find hotel staff for check-in, check-out, and general questions. The hotel had a brunch cafe, and the employees were usually busy with cafe customers.

Close to the centre of Biarritz,easy to get to from Airport and train. Reception staff were helpful and had no issues during my stay.Didn't have breakfast or use the bar.

Maybe carpet could be replaced in time, looked like a makeup spillage.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The bar downstairs is very nice.

There was no one at reception when we came to check in or check out, even though it was when the reception was open. We had to find staff to help us as no bell.The room was quite tired and not that clean. There was mould staining on the bathroom ceiling, hairs on the floor and in the shower, and the curtains were stained. The plug for the kettle didn't work.

Staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly at check in. I asked them to hold my room key while I went to the beach and they left my key on the desk, unattended. when I came back hours later the desk was unstaffed and I grabbed my own key and went to my room.When checking out, I left my bags at the front desk and the same thing happened. They were left unattended and I recovered them on my own.I had a knee wound that bled on the sheets and I left the blood stains visible so that housekeeping would change the sheets but they did not.Service at the cafe was non existent. I waited for service for 15 minutes bègue walking to the bar and was treated as if I was a bother.There was more but I am tired of writing about it. I know this is France but the horrible service and snooty staff is simply unacceptable. I was always kind and courteous with them and the staff had no interest in returning the favor

A great location in a chic part of the city, a short walk to the beaches. Very good breakfast spread.

We were put in an annexe connected to the hotel, which we were not expecting. It seemed to be a converted storeroom. It was big and comfortable but we felt we were not really part of the hotel. This might have been because they saw my partner struggling to walk and it was a disabled room, but the hotel seemingly had a lift in any case.

Great location close to everything including the beach. Great breakfast fresh and lots of options.

The location was good, very central. Accommodation in Biarritz is expensive and this was reasonable for the position. The room was basic and not that big as was the bathroom, but everything was functional and worked the bed was comfortable. I requested an iron and it was bought to our room . The staff were very pleasant

The location of the hotel was perfect. An elegant hotel that looked even better than in the pictures. Clean rooms and good A/C.

Chic town centre hotel with lovely café area. Rooms on trend for location. First room failty heating but I was moved which was great as it was very very cold during my stay.
