Our room was huge with 2 bathrooms and a great view of the Temple, beach and sunset. The best food was the fish taverna near the hotel

    We enjoyed everything.

The beach is beautiful! View wonderful! Breakfast is very good. A/C is excellent and also water pressure. Beds comfy, staff helpful. Fish taverns nearby are very good, some are cash only and the atm is broken.

Busses of tourists arrive to the beach from about 1-4. It is really busy on the weekends. But hotel guests have access to any of the cabanas, you just need to reserve your spot earlier in the day.

Liked that there were two tavernas next toHotel . Loved the breakfast choices

More choices in food at the beach bar and the Freddo espresso at the bar was a bit shallow in portion , need to at least fill in more in the cup . The path up to the temple needs attention .

Amazing location, swimming with the Temple of Poseidon in view, looking over us from above. It was idyllic. Breakfasts were exquisite, and enjoyed with the sublime and historic cove surrounding us.

Elevator needs updating. But this wasn’t a problem.

Great location. Great view. Dinner was exceptional - a very pleasant surprise. Went in early October - weather was still very nice and the hotel was not full.

Room and hotel seemed a bit dated (for the price). It could have been cleaner. For example, there was a table next to the stairs on the 1st floor that had at least 15 dirty cups and plates that was there the entire 3 day stay.

beautiful location at the beach looking out at the temple of posiedon

    Shower was difficult and small.

A beautiful spot which exceeded my expectations. The draw was a great location near the Temple of Poseidon. I cut through the hill and visited several times during my stay. The staff was kind and accommodating, the restaurant was fabulous. I’m a female who was travelling alone and it was perfect.

Location, location, location! Right on the beach below Olympus temple

Older hotel very large, a little dates

    9MarilenaPosted on: 10-23-2025

Perfect location right below the hill of Cape Sounio with a stunning view of the Temple of Poseidon. The archaeological site can be reached on foot within 10 minutes uphill. Lovely beach right in front of the hotel. Comfortable rooms with views of the sea and/or the Temple. 2 nice restaurants for lunch and dinner within the hotel.Great breakfast with variety served on the terrace when weather is good

Guests should keep in mind that there is nothing much in the surroundings of the hotel (just two tavernas right next to it) so for other food options, other beaches, stores etc having a car is a must

Stayed in Presidential Suite for only one night prior to our airport departure. . Tremendous views of Temple of Poseidon. Fabulous meal at the restaurant. huge balcony. Very clean...nice LR/DR area. Fantastic beach and bay.

second BR enclosed bath light controlled at open sink area in BR so using the bath at night requires the light to be on in BR. Common areas of hotel a bit dated, except for restaurant.

Wonderful hotel with a great view, beach and a restaurant. We would love to stay there again if we get a chance to visit Greece.

Perfect location. Beautiful beach. Wonderful staff. Room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. Hotel restaurant was super. Their chef is amazing and everything was exceptional. Enjoyed the entire experience. We will be back!

Staff is extermely friendly and helpful. The bed are very comfy and the patio to run is great; the rooms are great too.

    Nothing really.

    3kikeenaPosted on: 9-21-2025

Mostly great staff, except for one.

We encountered an extremely rude waiter in the restaurant and this unfotunately tainted our whole stay at the hotel. The hotel is decent and gave us a significant discount. But the whole of the Temple of Poseidon experience was marred by this unprovoked aggressive rudeness. I quote "What attitude? What attitude do I have" This is an upmarket hotel with an upmarket restaurant. I'm sure this has happened to others, so I'm very surprised he's still working there.
