We needed a hotel close to the airport and this is a great location. Has a lot of parking. The outside of the hotel was nice but we didn't use it.

The bathroom of our room was bad, there was a leak from the sink to the floor, the shower did not work properly. The noise in the night from people arriving screaming and partying was bothersome.

it's a lovely hotel. clean and maids came in every day to make up beds. generally fresh towels nearly every day. staff were so lovely and helpful. very approachable if required anything at all. the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. so much so that we have booked again to go again next year

NOT A COMPLAINT AT ALL only thing can think of is that the road was slightly loud however it didn't put us off. I can't think of anything else apart from the mozzies but can't help them ?

Pool area was really nice, also the terrace of our apartment.

The cleanliness was inadequate, there was almost nothing in the kitchen, a microwave would help a lot. The bathroom is ridiculously small, especially the shower cabin, from which water flows everywhere. The internet is only suitable for browsing. Fortunately, the party district is far away, however, private parties are organized in the neighborhood, where the music regularly plays as loud as if it were playing in the room until 7 in the morning.

The hotel is located in an excellent location. It is easy to reach Laganas, and the city is also close. The staff is friendly, they kindly waited for us for a later check-in. Very good hotel with normal prices. I recommend this hotel!

The water in the bathroom is a bit strange. It's like it's salty. it is probably like that everywhere on the island of Zakynthos. :)

Location is closed to airport. We stayed there for the flight next morning. But the hotel offers a lot more than just an airport hotel with pool, nearby supermarket. So it was quite convenient. We had a pleasant stay.

Despite the close location to airport, it does not offer free shuttle to the airport.

Food

Could not leave the air con on when you left, therefore you would come back into the room and it be hotter than it is outside. This would have been okay if it cooled down the room quickly (it didn’t) and ended up sleeping with a frozen water bootle next to me. When I arrived there was a broken glass hidden under the bin in the bathroom.

The hotel was very clean and they were always happy to provide extra towels etc.

There wasn’t much at all. We went for a lads holiday. The only thing that we could complain about was the distance from the Laganas strip although this isn’t the fault of the hotel. They were always happy to arrange a taxi that cost €8.

Rooms were simple but worked. Pool was clean and a nice temperature. Pool bar very good value for money and nice enough food.

Lots of small extra charges for tiny damages such as a small stain on pillow case charged. Drinks in the pool bar were outrageously over priced.

Really great value for this price. All the staff was very kind - including at the bar. Good location for the airport, but to stay longer better to rent a car or any other kind of vehicle.

The air conditioning was quite noisy and there would be a need to have a bit better level of cleanliness. These were not critical, but with a small effort would be much more feeling and result at the end.

It is an amazing place to stay, friendly and helping staff, nice bar and facilities, private air conditioning, nice swimming pool cocktails. I would definitely come back.

Everything! The bar and restaurant staff were so friendly, especially Andy, he looked after us so well. The pool and surrounding area were spotless. The room was spacious with a great size balcony, the walls were extremely sound proof, bed was comfy, the lunch food was really good and a great price and then in the evening the drink deals were great

The security guard harassed us, he followed us up to our room not believing we were staying together had to show our passport, told us we were getting kicked out, we had to ask reception to ask him to leave us alone. Also the bathroom if left for awhile would have a bad smell coming from the drain

The location is a 30 min walk/5 minute taxi ride from the main strip. That means it’s relatively quiet. Getting a taxi (to anywhere) is as simple as asking at the bar and waiting 5 minutes.The rooms are large and clean with decent bathrooms and adequate cooking facilities. The beds are comfortable. The AC, at least for me, worked perfectly. None of the balconies are in a bad position. The staff come and clean every day.The bar staff are fantastic and the food is very good - good prices and cheap ingredients, but prepared really nicely. The cocktails are also surprisingly good.

A great hotel wit a great staff.Pool area and bar was perfect.?The room was clear and comfortable. Value for money.

The wifi wasn't working properly but I don't think that should be a problem on a holiday.? We couldn't close the toilet door properly,had to lift it so could fit the latch.

The property was good, basic with all the needed amenities - hairdryer, fridge etc. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Air conditioning was free which is a massive plus for me! The staff here are absolutely 10/10, everyone was so so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much. They really did make our stay!

This is probably just a me thing but the beds were pretty uncomfortable, I have got a bit of a sore back. But we were given extra pillows and blankets within minutes of asking! It is a bit of a walk to the main strip, a taxi each way is €10. We did the walk once a day there and back, and paid for our evening trip in a taxi. I don’t think the distance is a deal breaker but something to keep in mind!

Nothing at all.

It’s a family owned hotel and the staff are so lovely! They accommodated to our needs and were just so friendly throughout our stay! Our room as spacious and so was the balcony, it’s clean, the pool is great and the aesthetics are nice! Would definitely stay here again!?

The only downside was the wifi connection isn’t great but this is the only thing I can fault! Perfect stay otherwise
