Very convenient Location just by St Mark Square where all restaurants, stores are! Walkable distance to the beach. Very clean hotel with a helpful and friendly staff. Pool was a great addition to our stay there

Absolutely loved this hotel & would go back in a heartbeat! The staff were incredible too & so helpful - Denise & Kela in the restaurant, thank you so much for the super delicious breakfasts & service! Sophia & Angela on reception, superstars for all of their info, massively appreciated all of your help & Eirini as well for her efficient communication & assistance following the changes I needed to make to the booking. We had the family room on the top floor which was perfect for us, so spacious & the two bathrooms came in so handy. The cleaning service was superb too, with fresh towels every day & bath robes & slippers, which were handy out on the huge balcony! The beds were super comfy too. And the view was just absolutely incredible, I could sit there all day & look out at the sea & amazing churches. This room was just the best also to watch the Easter traditions, couldn't ask for a better view! The pool had just been refurbished & it was absolutely stunning up there - we had the place to ourselves too which was lovely. The bar serves fantastic G&Ts too! The kids loved the pool table also by the way & kept them occupied & off their phones for a bit!It is perfectly located next to everything & parking along the seafront was easy, with only a few minutes walk to the hotel.

Unfortunate that there was a renovation and we couldn’t sit at the rooftop but as the renovation will finish I look forward to visit again

The location was perfect - very central and close to everything. The staff were also very kind. My room had a few issues that needed to be fixed and they got them sorted. The breakfast was okay too - the usual stuff as well as a good selection of pastries.

It's a pretty old hotel overall and it's obvious that it's not maintained yet. Had multiple issues in the bathroom.What I am most disappointed in though is the poor wi-fi. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was that it had good wi-fi reviews. It turned out to be absolutely useless and I ended up using my mobile data (which wasn't brilliant either, but that may be dependent on the location of the specific room).

I really enjoyed staying at Diana Hotel, with it friendly and helpful personal, beautiful room, nice view, good breakfast.

I would definately recommend choosing the Diana Hotel!

I went during the off-season, so they were doing maintenance works, the door was not locking on the first room so they changed me to a different room, which was ok. In the gym, none of the machines were working, but upon raising my concern, they were repaired in 24 hours. So overall it was nice!

The place of the hotel is identical for winter season.The breakfast delicious and rich.The room was clean.The personel polite, helpful and friendly.

Fantastic location, practically in the city centre. Very good breakfast with some local specialties to taste. fantastic pool on the roof with the city view. Possibility of free parking on nearby street.

The place is fantastic value for money, we only paid €60 B&B and worth every penny. We also used the wellness suite €10 p/p per hour and it was a great end to the stay. Staff were fantastic, especially reception ????❤️

Diana hotel was an enjoyable hotel to stay at. It is in a great location and it is possible to get both taxis and buses from there easily. It had a nice rooftop pool/bar area, which featured a nice view and a great place to sit and get some sun. The staff at the reception were great to interact with and very helpful.

A bit old

The location was close to the port and town. Walking distance to all the restaurants and stores made it easy to move around. The hotel was well managed and rooms were always cleaned. The breakfast offered by was also nice.

The rooms and bathroom were small with little room to have luggage for two people. Parking in area is very limited.
