    Pros +

    • Breakfast and sea view/location, allowed late check out
    • The location is at the very center of the city, next to Alla the historical buildings and not far from the port. There is everything you may need next to it, among many , cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and cloth stores. Clean, comfortable, with a nice shower and plenty new towels. There was an air-conditioning unit of high quality and it heats or cools the room instantly. The breakfast was plenty with various savoury and sweet choices, nothing to miss and enjoy it in a spacious area. I recommend it. A hotel of polite staff and good quality.
    • Great location, close to everything, good buffet style breakfast. Booked a sea view room, however our room was on 1st floor not high enough to enjoy the view. No tissue provided and no water kettle. Parking is right in front of the hotel but spaces are limited.

    Cons -

    • My trip was off summer season and there were some renovations in the building and thus some noise. Also there was a smell in the bathroom but this is a smell that you can find on some Island due to the sewage system. Opening the window made the room fresh in five minutes.
    • If you rent a car parking can be a little rough. There are only a few designated spots in front of the hotel and it’s in a busy location . With that being said parking can be difficult all over the island in general . It’s located in the town square and can get a bit noisy in the evening when the re are local events. But it didn’t interrupt our sleep .
    • The hotel was very disappointing for many reasons. The room was so small we couldn't pass each other. There was hardly any space to put clothes and belongings, and very few places to store anything . We had to use our cases. The bedroom floor was so shabby and worn. The breakfast was poor with the 'hot' food being cold. Coffee cool and tasteless. The staff were unhelpful. We had an evening flight and there were no facilities for us to wash or change before we went to the airport. The reception area is small and that was the only area we could use. We asked to keep the room on, at a cost, with there being no other facilities but we weren't allowed to do this. We stayed at another hotel in Zakynthos Town a couple of weeks earlier and it was totally different, superb. We spent 3 weeks traveling to different places around Zakynthos and this hotel was by far the worst we experienced. I would never stay in this hotel ever again. Terrible.

The location was great . We were able to walk to many places to eat and shop . The view off our balcony was beautiful especially for the sunrises . The staff was very accommodating especially George. !! The breakfast provided every morning was excellent and well worth the money of the stay. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable for all of us . I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property.

The location is amazing, the front desk was very helpful. We had a beautiful View from the window and very spacious suite with 2 balconies!

The shower is very small and the sewer smelled a little but that didn’t ruin our stay :)

We got a free room update, after it was impossible to stay in our room with a baby. The location is great, middle of the city, walking distance to everything. Super friendly stuff.

Can get very loud, if you stay in the normal rooms and to the direction of specific streets. Kettle missing in the normal rooms.

This was an exceptional hotel for the price that we paid. The location couldn't have been better. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony with table and chairs and a pleasant view. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and was served in the nice cafe/bistro on the ground floor of the hotel with the option to sit outside in the square.

    9MalinPosted on: 4-5-2025

Very good, loved it here. The view was amazing and the hotel is really central to everything. The breakfast was a little small, but good food.

    8IrynaPosted on: 3-31-2025

The hotel is in the city centre, very good location.Breakfast was good with some local pastries, and you can also sit in the area with the Solomos square and sea view, which is lovely. As for 1 night stay, it was ok. The room is not very big, but we had one with a balcony and sea view. The bathroom is rather small, and room facilities and furniture look a bit old and could be renovated. The staff was friendly. We also could check-in earlier upon arrival. There are a few parking spaces in front of the hotel for clients (non-bookable).

The Hotel was in a great central location, near shops, restaurants, the ferry harbour and a nearby beach. The room facilities were excellent, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful, especially Filippos armrest reception who went above and beyond to help me throughout my stay, ‘Thank you Filippos’ you were exceptional.

There was nothing not to like, everything was excellent.

We booked a twin room and got upgraded to a two-space family room. Excellent staff, perfect location, very good breakfast.

A bit of noise at night, due to central location.

    10DianaPosted on: 11-17-2024

Very clean, well equipped. Perfect location, right in the city centre, also with sea-view. They have a few free parking spots in front of the hotel in case you have a car. Also probably the best breakfast we’ve ever had in our trips.

Absolutely nothing to dislike about the property
