Everything was great, clean, amazing staff, breakfast, beach...etc

Welcoming staff Sofia on reception excellent customer care . Immaculate hotel , rooms high standard and very clean . Breakfast good. Pool very clean , friendly staff at pool bar , nick , kathlina and Angela , great food and drink served at pool bar reasonably priced . Perfect location right on beach and near strip with lots of restaurants and bars . Amazing hotel highly recommend .

Small room

Great breakfast, lovely rooms, great pool, and no struggle to get a sunbed. Beautiful beach area (have to pay for sunbeds on the beach). Restaurant/ bar at the front of the hotel has lovely food and drinks. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Loved our stay, thank you!

The garden was very beautiful, the room was spacious with a balcony with nice view to the green garden and the sea. The pool was very nice although my white swimming suit turned yellow from the water there.

The breakfast room was very small and tables and chairs were too close to each other.

the rooms are tiny!!! we had 2A 2Ch in a extremely small room for 2 weeks!! no space for clothes. and far from the main strip

The rooms were clean, beds very comfy, staff incredibly friendly on reception. The pool was a nice size, the beach bar is right on the front.

We were placed right at the back of the hotel so it was a way from the beachfront location we’d hoped for when we booked - it seemed the package holiday customers were in the rooms nearer the pool. Not much of a vibe around the pool which was a shame. Breakfast wasn’t great.

The beach is the hot point for this location.(very long and sandy beach near location)Breakfast is ok, same things each morning but many alternatives to alternate.I had a room with 3 beds, beds were comfy. Fridge and AC available. All you need is in the room.

The beach taverna is nice, but the prices vs what you get in return is not ok. I expect there a higher quality dish since the tavern is right on the beach and the view from it deserve better food.

Location was great : a few minutes drive from the port and close to great neighborhoods.The beach was great : super clean and a great view.The reception staff were very helpful and helped us book an excursion which ended up being the highlight of our whole trip to Greece.

Room was a touch small, as was the bathroom. But very clean and modern and comfortable.

A very nice hotel in excellent location with a wonderful pool area and direct access to the beach. Our room (203) was nice, with a lovely view to the see. Fortunately there are no Jet2.com teenagers so it is a really perfecft stay for relax and having a pleasant holiday. Most of the staff was friendlly.

The breakfast room should be somehow re-organised. A vending machine would be good in the lobby area. AC is not working when you lesve the room.

The location of the hotel is really good... 7 min drive from airport! Has a swimming pool with enough sun beds (free of charge) connected with beach with enough sunbeds (for charge). Free parking in hotel area, Walk distance from many tavernas and stores...

Clean, well accessible, accommodating

The staff of the hotel are very attentive. The room is ok. The hotel is a good choise in Zakynthos.

The beach in front the hotel isn't good.The hotel is ok.

Close to the beach, but the beach was not so clean. there was a lot of withered seaweed on the beach.Breakfast was rather ok, but too much the same. During our entire stay, it was always the same food. They could not prepare an egg sunny side up. Service was not so good.To get a coffee, it was a disaster. They should have 2 coffee machines. Too long waiting times to get a simple coffee!The TV on the room was too small.There was nothing much to happen in the hotel.

Breakfast could be much better, more variety.To get a coffee was a big disaster. You had to wait for a long time, big queue each morning.

Location was great

It was a surprise trip for my wife's birthday and they would not even put a bottle of wine/bubbly in the room for my wife any other hotel I have ever stayed at in Zante have always done this little special thing just felt a bit sad they they could not afford a bottle for about £7 euros to help make her day extra special its all the little touches that make it ! Sadly won't be going bake there will stick to the Venus Hotel And Suites

The hotel is very nice and clean - the pool area is lovely and it is a good swimming pool as well - just be careful if you don’t know how to swim as some parts are pretty deep. The hotel and the room is very clean and pleasant with toiletries - the bed is comfortable and the linen is comfy :) Breakfast is amazing and delicious - the yogurt is just perfect! All of the staff is amazingly friendly and so nice! I really liked the location as it is close to the airport, close to Kalamaki beach and Laganas - there’s plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from.

I enjoyed everything about my stay!

The property was really nice, very close to the beach and walking distance of kalamaki strip. It was a bit of a walk from laganas strip but it was still doable. The pool was lovely not too crowded.

The food was quite expensive in the pool bar and beach restaurant. Sunbed’s on the beach were very expensive, the only thing in the room which was a let down was the shower, it was either scalding or freezing.

Hotel has no atmosphere what's so ever, no bar, like staying in a library.

Didn't like anything about this hotel. Very poor vibe about it. Basement apartment beside car park and Bins next to work store room. Awful
