Veranda was lovely and the view was magnificent. The Staff was great.

The food was institutional grade. The beds were hard, worn out, and needed replacement.

The views are amazing, staff is incredibly nice. Rooms are clean and we loved our suite.

They should really have a better shade area at the main pool. The small umbrellas aren't the best option.

Location - on a hill overlooking the city.The buffet breakfast in the morning.

The rooms are small - especially if you are 3 people. There is no room to walk / stand or to store your suitcases.

The place is really nice, with great view, few coffe shops for breakfast and a small shop. 10 min by walk to the city . The suite was great , after we fix few things. Water in the suite pool had a nice outside temperature (depends of the weather). You will move better on the island with a car thats for sure.

? Prepare to wake up at 8 am , you will hear all the chairs moving ,above suites there is breakfast buffet and restaurant(if you would like to sleep a little longer not possible). I would say the music from the bar is quite loud, not everybody wanna listen to it on vacation, amazing sounds of the nature are more than enough. For the Adults only hotel which normaly cost a bit more in general you dont expect to find yourself at breakfast with 2 small babies. I payed to stay in adults only!!! And it has to be sad its a lot of humidity in the suits, the shower was not clean properly.

Location was perfect, 10 min from airport and you are in between the nice beaches from the north and the ones from south (max 30 min ride, totally worth it) breakfast was good also and the staff was super nice!

Only thing was the cleaning missed for a day but was okay.

Overall the stay was really nice. The facilities are nice, clean, and well taken care of. The hotel offers limited transport to the town and to a beach nearby.

Unrelated to the stay.. The walk down to town is a little rough because there are some parts without side walk.

Beds was rock hard.room was dated and as such grout in bathroom grubby and stained toilet.On arrival day the kitchen was closed. We were all hungry and no nearby facilities.We were meant to have free bus shuttle but told at last minute to get taxis and hotel would pay: which was fine but taxi driver quite rude about it all

Views from the pool were amazing, the room was clean and well maintained.

It’s slightly out of the way with very few options in terms of local shops etc. as it was off season the bar wasn’t attended and the pool appeared closed early on the day we arrived.

Property was clean and beautiful The staff were very nice and friendly. We enjoyed meeting everyone especially Nicole who took good care of us. All the staff in general were exceptional and welcoming!

Everything was great.

Bad holiday

We spent 9 days there. we had a lot of issues: no hot water, nobody cleaned the room, applaiance did not work, a flood of water in the floor every shower …They recognised all those issues. Offered us a partial refund and then disappeared. No answer. No update Thank you for nothing

We booked a delux room with sea view for 5 nights. The view from our balcony was fantastic, after the upgrade. Breakfast was good. The bar tender is awesome, she was very attentive. The 2 women's receptionist were very helpful and very informative.

Our first night room. We've arrived at 10:00 pm, the night shift receptionist gave us a small room with balcony facing the parking lot. The room had musty/mouldy smells coming from the washroom. We told the receptionist that he gave us the wrong accommodation. He said he couldn't transfer us to a better room because it was fully booked for the night ? this is definitely not acceptable for what we have paid for in advance.

The Suite with private pool lives up to the photos and was very spacious, comfortable and clean.Front Desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The head waiter from the restaurant was extremely professional.

Nikolia (receptionist) was so kind, friendly and just a lovely person that helped us throughout our stay. She definitely made our stay more pleasant with her bubbly personality! The view was nice, pool was nice but very cold
