The staff was great and the location

The shower water was salty and nasty

The location is good. The breakfast was excellent

there was bad bug. The bed quality is poor.

Amazing location (port area, but also close to shops, supermarkets, etc); staff super friendly and ready to help. Breakfast really good and with a variety of options. Clean spaces. Beautiful rooftop.

The room needed a bit of maintenance

Very close to sights nearby and in walking distance to many trip options and the port. The staff were phenomenal

Bathroom was dated, but we knew that before we came. It was still absolutely fine and functional.

Everything was great, excellent friendly staff, the view from the balcony was amazing, we had view of the port, the sea and the town. Breakfast was also very good, all excellent!

The beds are confy, the seaview rooms have a wondeful balcony with a really nice view. The stuff is friendly.

I start with the fact that we asked them to schedule a taxi ride for us, to the airport, at 5.45. There were two persons at the reception when this happened and we confirmed several times the specific hour. The next morning, at 5:00 AM the phones in the room were ringing waking us up in panic and when we went down to the reception, at 5:35, the receptionist and the taxi driver informed us that we had asked for a drive at 4:45 and that he had to wait for an hour. We told them that their colleagues made a mistake, they believed us, but, in the meantime, a girl appeared at the reception, who had asked for a ride at 5:40 and no one was there. So our driver took her, because one of us wasn't downstairs yet (wasn't 5:45 yet) and we had to wait for another ride... The bathroom is really small, all the equipments are old and nothing in there doesn't look like a 4 stars hotel. Old fashioned rooms Not enough sockets and badly positioned

The lady at check in were very nice but I didn’t like her priorities.During my check in she stopped to answer the hotel phone several times. She supposed to finish my check in and them answer the phone. Something so quick and simple took around 15 min just waiting her to answer the calls. Elevator was strange and slow.Foods at breakfast were very oily.

I had an excellent time staying here as a female traveling alone. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was quiet at night and the morning breakfast was excellent. Additionally, the view from the rooftop terrace/restaurant was amazing at dinner! I would recommend staying here

Only 1 blanket in the bed.

The view and friendly staff and most of it all the vibe of luxury 80's hotel nice relaxing environment. The room was truly big and comfortable arranged to have the most privacy and enjoy the sea view unobstructed. The breakfast was ok and the prices are nice for the location

V noisy room with a pump working all night. Also cold with no spare blankets. Pity as we have stayed before with no problem.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing, and we would not recommend it. The breakfast was tasteless, offering only two types of eggs, and it did not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. The bedroom had old, worn-out furniture, was extremely cold, and had an unpleasant smell, making our stay uncomfortable. The bathroom was even worse, with stinky brown water and a broken showerhead, adding to the frustration. On top of that, the hotel falsely advertised a mountain view, but instead, we got a view of the street and another building. Poor value and quality ratio. We would never return.

Don’t forget this property doesn’t have drinking water , it’s salty water everywhere in the hotel.

Location is exceptional. Right in the heart of the town.

The breakfast was pretty poor but entirely edible.

Breakfast was amazing according to my daughter.Choices of breakfast cereals, breads, egg choices & so much more.

Booked a double bed room, got 3 single bed room. Bathrooms aren't aired, smelly, stuffy.Beds too hard to sleep on. Woke up every couple of hours to turn.

Toilet bit smelly Very very disappointing not to have access to rooftop pool and garden. Even to be able to sunbathe up there would have made all the difference between nice and fabulous. The breakfasts weren’t great and the coffee machine gave dubious results
